Went on my lunch break to get a bagel sandwich to go and was given the wrong order even though I was only one of two people there… and the other person already got their order Couldn’t bring it back because I’d already made it back to work.

I came into the Englewood location on a Sunday, from Centennial, because my location EB is now closed. It was pretty busy on Englewood. I ordered 2 bagels for myself and daughter, to go. I asked multiple times if the cashier add Mayo to mine and both orders were to be toasted. She was very nice and said, yes. It was almost a 10min wait. When I got my order I went out to my car. I checked the bagels and none were toasted. I have a quarter size mayo on my sandwich. My daughter barley had sauce on hers. I went back in to grap at least mayo packet, but they didn't have any out. I no mustard either. So I tried the only sauce they had out, and that was Cholula. I just didn't want to eat a dry bagel, the hot sauce made the sandwich worse, but I was hungry and ate my cold sandwich. They were just too busy for me to have them remake. This has happened at this location before that's why I always double check my order when ordering. They had 6 ppl working. They just need to make sure they are correctly making the sandwich, however why is EB so stingy with the sauces, mayo.... ? I wish I took a picture of mine, but here's one.of my daughter's lack of sauceiness bagel sandwich... She had more sauce than mine, oh and my tomato wasn't ripe big yellow and tart. :(

I went to go eat the breakfast bagels today and enjoyed the meal. The employees all 3 of them who were working the morning shift today. Amazing wonderful people. After I left I realize when I got home I lost my wallet. I called and the nice gentleman awnsered and said they would look out for it. Once I drove back and went inside to look for it. They called me over and let me know they found it and the one of the amazing wonderful ladies found it in the seats. Thank You for those employees in the morning shifts. You guys made my day wonderful! Bless you guys. You guys went out of your way, and I appreciate it. They have good employees there! 🩷 I am sorry I didnt get your guys name but you guys rock!

Please stop putting your C team on a weekend shift. I even tipped just to have my time wasted. And this experience just solidified why I will no longer tip prior to services completed. The staff was more focused on UberEats orders, than customers in the store, I ordered a NovaLox Sandwhich, waited well over 15minutes to recieve it, and then had to quickly walk back into the store and tell them to make me a new sandwich because all I recieved was a bagel, cream cheese, and a tomato in it. The next sandwich was just as sadly slapped together as the previous one, but at least they remembered a tiny sliver the salmon this time. I'm at this location usually about 2-3 times a week, and this group of staff working on 04/05/2025 needs to be addressed on service, speed, basic attention, and organization.
Friendly staff. Good selection of bagels and good coffee.

I got my order wrong, went there again and asked them very nicely to remake it, the girl rolled her eyes and gave me attitude. Got back and opened the bag and it was made wrong again! Very Soggy avocado bagel
