Ordered an everything bagel. There were MANY in the basket. Last minute they said they were out.

They then served be a bagel. Uncut. And not toasted. I think the staff needs to be examined.

I did not receive all of the items in my order. After calling the store I was told that I could either drive back and pick up the remaining parts of my order, or I could go online and request a refund. After logging in, I was unable to locate any way to request a refund short of sending a message through the contact us page.

Overall I’ve had good experience there. I was getting an iced coffee and the guy making it made a mistake making it into a blended coffee which I didn’t ask for, and the manager corrected him by telling him it was supposed to be iced. So for that happening they gave my drink to me for free. The food is good as usual. I get the Texas brisket with two eggs!

Their toaster is awful, been in there twice now. The first time the bagel didn't seem toasted at all, this time I asked for double toasted and it came out the exact same. Their cream cheese portions are also skimpy, I had to ask for double cream cheese to get a normal portion of cream cheese.

Never again. Unwrapped my sandwich and it was literally a falling apart mess. How can an establishment feel right about handing a $10 sandwich to a customer that looks like this? Save yourself the money and go somewhere else or make a much better breakfast sandwich at home.

Terrible experience once again, music way too loud, workers not calling names out, food sitting getting cold, cashier didn’t know how to do her job. Waited 15 min in line, 15 min or more for my food. Do not recommend this location.

The entire restaurant looks disheveled from the moment you walk in, but the issues don’t stop there. While ordering the cashier told me to stop talking as I was trying to answer his question about what I wanted. Then when I went to get my drink the soda machine was out and he looked at me and said “well I can refund you” which was fine, but it was a problem easily solved once I told him that. He refused to fix it until I said “it’s the syrup that needs to be replaced”. Just overall poor service and a bad attitude from the man who “helped” us.

I'm a regular customer , I usually go in every morning before I go to work to order , this time I decided to place my order on line since it was a busy morning for me , I go in and picked up my order get to work within 5 minutes from this location, and my order wasn't good bagel was soggy the bacon wasn't cooked throughly , the egg was falling apart , the sauce was dripping , avocado was just smashed only in the middle of the bagel not even spread on the bagel. Im so disappointed i even tried calling the store and no one answered the phone.I will be going to a different location!!
