We used Encore Catering for our daughter's wedding reception. From start to finish everything was top-notch. Tanner and his team helped plan every detail - from the initial chef's tasting to coordinating with the rental company to the service on the day of the reception. We had an amazing charcuterie board and mezze table for the cocktail hour and several amazing stations for the dinner including a carving station, veggie stations (amazing roasted broccoli and charred carrots), and even a make-your-own-smores bar (which was a hit). The staff at the event were friendly and professional and very helpful to serve some of the elderly guests. Thanks to all for making my daughter's event memorable. We will definitely be using your services again!

Katie was a dream to work with—organized, creative, and full of great ideas that really elevated the experience. The entire staff was professional and friendly, and Riley, our bartender, was fantastic. He was experienced, quick on his feet, and kept the drinks flowing all night. We couldn’t have asked for a better team. Highly recommend!

Don’t park in front of the business! It’s in a parking lot with a 7/11 gas station with absolutely ZERO signage stating that they have a few spots reserved for their business. If you do, what’ll happen is some old guy is gonna come out and complain and whine at you as if you’re some sort of a mind reader and knew that they reserved spots for themselves.
Best part is, I have a wedding planned and was considering calling this company for a contract and saved myself the time! Good job fella! Hope to see you sometime again :)

The staff (Jeff, Samantha and Jeff) was helpful, timely and professional. I was able to enjoy the event as if I was guest instead of being stressed as the host. I was recently part of a project where Encore fed our whole crew for 5 weeks. The food was very good and I really appreciated the variety that they provided to mix it up throughout the weeks. My absolute favorite meal was the enchiladas with homemade guacamole and chips. I could have eaten that at least once a week! The staff that served our meals were fantastic, super friendly and always making sure we had what we needed and the buffet was replenished. Jenn, the executive chef, is an absolute gem. My son has a long list of severe anaphylactic food allergies and she went out of her way to prepare a special, safe meal for him each day. She provided him with food that was delicious, as well as safe, and also made sure he had a good variety. She asked for his feedback and requests and was so kind to truly care that he was well fed and enjoyed his meals during our weeks on this project. It put my mind at ease to know that he would be taken care of with a safe, allergy free meal, which is rare to find in the catering world. Thank you Jenn and Encore!
