Encore did a great job of catering our wedding. The cocktail hour and dinner buffet were both a hit with our guests. Our tasting experience was also very nice and gave us an opportunity to fine-tune the food for our big day. They helped make us feel very special 😊

Recently Encore catered my mom's celebration of life. They did an amazing job and were so easy to work with. I highly recommend them.

I was recently part of a project where Encore fed our whole crew for 5 weeks. The food was very good and I really appreciated the variety that they provided to mix it up throughout the weeks. My absolute favorite meal was the enchiladas with homemade guacamole and chips. I could have eaten that at least once a week! The staff that served our meals were fantastic, super friendly and always making sure we had what we needed and the buffet was replenished.
Jenn, the executive chef, is an absolute gem. My son has a long list of severe anaphylactic food allergies and she went out of her way to prepare a special, safe meal for him each day. She provided him with food that was delicious, as well as safe, and also made sure he had a good variety. She asked for his feedback and requests and was so kind to truly care that he was well fed and enjoyed his meals during our weeks on this project. It put my mind at ease to know that he would be taken care of with a safe, allergy free meal, which is rare to find in the catering world. Thank you Jenn and Encore!

We couldn't be happier with our catering experience it's Encore Catering for our wedding! We opted for a taco bar, cake pops for dessert, and a small wedding cake – and everything was delicious. Our guests absolutely raved about the taco bar, and we received so many compliments on how good everything was. The cake pops were a hit, and our small wedding cake was the perfect sweet ending to the night!

Working with Encore Catering was a breeze from start to finish. Dan was so organized and ensured everything went smoothly on the big day. He took care of all the details, and we were able to relax knowing that the food was in great hands. One of the sweetest touches was when Dan made sure to bring us some cake pops before our sparkler exit so we could enjoy them ourselves. He was so fun, kind, and a joy to work with – truly went above and beyond!

They were accommodating to our budget, provided options that fit our vision and went above and beyond the day of decorating, serving us a plate at our sweetheart table and just making sure we enjoyed our day.

I’m going to be honest. I fought back and forth about making this review. I so desperately wanted to leave this company a positive review and if the review were for the food alone, it would be five stars. Their food is damn good and satisfied everyone at my wedding - I had people coming up to me for weeks after asking who had catered. But the service was absolutely below standards. We were first introduced to Katie - who is fantastic and insanely kind - but we fell through the cracks it felt like. After the initial tasting it was like they no longer needed to impress us. I had to be the one to reach out regarding payment deadlines as outline in the CONTRACT. I literally had to beg this company to take my money. I know wedding season is busy, but it’s also not my job as a bride to make sure you as a company charge my card for YOUR payments. Day of was absolutely horrendous. I was told that the company would be there at 4:00pm sharp (exactly 2 hours before the start time of my wedding) the crew finally comes rolling in at 4:30p and says that they are also catering across the street and that’s why they’re late? All of my centerpieces had to be arranged on the tables which my family and I weren’t allowed to touch - it had to be the catering company. Finally at 5:15 all of the tables were set up leaving my fiancé, aunt, and mom SCRAMBLING to finish decorating. Then I walk to the tables after the ceremony and see that NONE of the chalice cups that I spent nearly $300 on were set up on the table. When I approached the company they said “oh. We were confused because they also had four random white sheets in it we thought it was for a different event” IM THE ONLY EVENT GOING ON!! And then at the end of the night we were sent home with zero leftovers. Even though we had nearly 20 people LESS than what we told them because of a death in the family. I know for a fact that there was food leftover but we were sent home with none of it. Keep in mind I paid for everything! Overall, I was left much more stressed and frustrated than a bride needs to be. And Katie if you read this, I’m sorry it’s not about you. You were great!
