We went for the special holiday menu but when we got there, found out they didn't have it this year even though it says they do online. If they won't have the menu, they need to take it down so there is no confusion. The server was wonderful and tried to make it right but it was out of her control. She was great.

The food was excellent, although the menu was very small and there was no kids menu. The apps were very expensive for what you got but yummy. The service was fair. The waitress was very nice but clearly overwhelmed and had a hard time being timely. The atmosphere is nice. There is a fireplace to relax by and nice views over the pond and golf course.

The food was pretty good but way over priced. The staff was friendly but short staffed and had a hard time being timely. The space was nice.

I ordered the lobster pasta and it was absolutely stone cold. I had to send it back. It was like it just come out the fridge. Unacceptable. They cannot use any kind of thermometer to check the temperature inside. The food service was amazing, but that was the only good part about the dinner

The Bar Cupid experience seemed alot more hyped up on Instagram that it should be. The duck fat frites were crispy and tasty. The lobster fra diavolo however was anything but. The ravioli i was served came with some kind of mushroom butter and they swore it was pomodoro sauce and it should be spicy. Super misleading. Wasn't even red like a pomodoro sauce should be and had zero heat to it. The experience was underwhelming.

We have dined at fireside before, but had to see how the ambience was for Valentine's Day. They had live music, the cutest decor, and the staff was absolutely fantastic. Our cocktails were perfect, and my husband loved the bison burger. It is the most intimate, cozy spot to dine. We will definitely be back!

Waitress asked us to tip in cash. Got mad that we went for the event but then asked for a different menu because there were only 3 things on the bar cupid menu. The bar cupid drink i had was terrible. I had the Margarita which tasted like tequila water with pomegranate seeds in it. The gin and tonic was alright and the bar cupid drink with prosecco was okay. Food was mid and way overcooked but at least it tasted fine.

Our server, Danielle was outstanding. The food coming from the kitchen was slow, but once it got there, it was outstanding. Danielle was always there to chat with us, get to know us, and welcome us back. The wine and appetizers kept flowing and were tasty. We were there for the Valentine's pop-up bar, and it was nicely decorated, but not overdone. It's a great location with a nice view of the golf course. Looking forward to going back.

The food was just okay. The menu was only a few selections. They need to broaden the menu and change it up. It has a great ambiance but the limited menu makes me not want to go back again. Went to a wedding there and the food was outstanding. No sure why Fireside has such a limited menu. The need to step it up. The waiters and waitresses were great but no one will come back again with the limited menu.

Went for the Christmas grinch party. Food was good and the atmosphere was fun and energetic.

The christmas brunch used to be a beautiful event. Now there is less food options, less ambiance and it was $125 per lesson with no alcohol. We looked for dessert in the "food room" and couldn't find any... on the way out of the restaurant they have a table set up...by the exit!
$575 with tip for brunch. Disappointing.

Food was good. Hot chocolate bar was disappointing for $20 hot chocolate. Better last year.

A Cozy Christmas Delight at Fireside Bar and Grill During the “Blazing Bright at the Inverness” event, my friend and I enjoyed a heartwarming evening sipping hot cocoa at Fireside Bars and Grills. The ambiance was enchanting, blending holiday cheer with the magic of beloved Christmas films. The hot cocoa, rich and velvety, was the perfect companion as we soaked in the festive spirit. Every corner of the venue transformed into a cinematic wonderland, making us feel like part of the stories themselves. Fireside Bars and Grills is a must-visit for anyone looking to embrace the season in the coziest and most delicious way possible!

Not as enjoyable as previous years. See list below. 1. Our party was served warm water 2. Glass had lipstick on it (was it even clean?) 3. This year they are charging $20-$25 for the hot chocolate bar as it includes a plain “commemorative mug” that only has the hotel website on it. 4. For refills, they reused the same glass with the straw left in it. No new glass, no new ice. 5. Limited items on menu. They did not serve all items on the Holiday Inspired menu.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!
I was so excited to go because I saw it on instagram but it wasn’t anything like it, first they took a long time to pay attention to my table (AND I GOT A RESERVATION) then the lady next to me was doing comments saying that we could robbed her, she was looking bad at us and hugging her purse like she didn’t even know we were in a expensive restaurant!
Then I JUST asked the waitress if it was possible for them to do the appetizer without peanuts, she said and I quoted “I would ask the kitchen to see” and the left, she never asked for what I wanted to drink and she didn’t even asked the person with me if she wanted something, she left and 15 minutes later she came with a plate saying “it doesn’t have peanuts” I DID EVEN ORDER ANYTHING, she said she would ask the kitchen but she decided to bring the place without asking if we wanted it, she never look the person with me at all, the waitress left and never came back, not even after we finished the minuscule meal the gave to us, we got so disappointed that we decided just to get cocoa and left but oh surprise, the mug was cracked and we told the bartender and he said “I can change it for you”, we waited, I swear but not so surprising they never change anything, so tired of this really bad service we got the get up to look for the waitress that was just chatting with her colleagues and asked her for the check, she never stopped by our table to even offer something else! We weren’t there trying to just get drinks, we were expecting to eat, but we got an appetizer we didn’t even ask for and a crack cocoa mug for $57 dollars, worst experience ever, such expensive place and they don’t even have a manager that get the employees to do a good customer service! Seriously don’t go.
