Big fan! First and foremost the service was impeccable. The staff were all extremely engaged and kind. I got a stuffed pita with falafel, i was very pleased with. Comes in a neat cardboard holder. Restaurant inside was fine, very fast casual typical, but it was clean with good background music - so zero complaints. A wonderful employee recommended a specific combination of juice mix over soda when i ordered a fountain drink - he was spot on correct. Splash of lemonade, then half berry and half strawberry dragon food; was really great. I highly recommend.

The food was pretty good. It was very tasty and fresh. The only bummer was the pita chips since they were cold and were a bit stale by the time we purchased them. Otherwise, no complaints.

I came in about an hour before closing, and the experience was surprisingly disappointing. They were out of most protein options, and the food I did receive was completely cold. The “Stuffed Pita” was filled less than halfway, and since they didn’t have proper scoops available, the staff used the small plastic sauce cups to grab the tabouleh and other sides—meaning there was barely any added. This was very unhygienic since they were touching the food with the same gloved hands they were using for other tasks.
On top of that, their cashier screen was covered in dirt and grime, which made the whole process feel even less sanitary.
I’m not sure what’s going on, because Garbanzo was very good a couple of months ago, but the quality has noticeably deteriorated. I really hope this can be addressed, because it used to be one of my go-to spots.

Update: Well it’s been a while since I’ve been to this location and oh man, this place has changed and not do the good.
First off, they removed the labels on the glass so now it’s a guessing game on sauces and other add-ons.
Then comes the food…I have always ordered a salad with chicken and mushrooms. Welp, I have no idea what changed in the chicken but I used to really enjoy it, now it’s dry and looks downgraded.
The ambiance is different. See photo below. I get to stare at this eating my lunch.
I go to check out with a regular fountain drink…$20.36. That is insane for this mediocre, sad salad. I can’t believe how we’ve come to except these standards. Everything is higher in price and more subpar than before. This is sad and a look into how we are treated as guests at these establishments.

Don’t pass it up! I used to manage a garbanzo, and this was my first time in this location. Food was fresh, Pitas were warm and yummy, clean restaurant and they have the best hummus you can find!!! 10/10 recommend it here

Just ordered from here and we didn’t get all the food we ordered. Apparently the driver said the entire order was there and it’s not. Garbanzo’s is taking the word of the driver over a group of employees at a hospital and not sending the food we ordered. Pretty upsetting for the people who have flown in from out state for a conference to not have food.
I love Garbanzo's! I always get a fresh and tasty meal there. You also have the best pita bread, yummy!
