I can't understate how delicious this food is. I've eaten mexican food my whole life and I can say this is the peak. The amount of effort that even goes into the salsa Verde alone is insane. My chef roommate said he'd work here for free if he could afford it. If you're visiting colorado and want breakfast this is a must visit.
The food is delicious! Customer service is outstanding! The owner, Favi, has created a fun and welcoming atmosphere throughout the restaurant. The food is delicious with lots to choose from. Great prices and generous portions. One of our favorite restaurants!
