The location is large and spacious with a scowling male waiter. The order was incorrect. I was given rice as a side but I paid for lo mein. I won’t return. If I pay for something, I expect to get it.

Hoong's Palace is my absolute favorite place to get THE BEST Sesame Chicken. The wontons are my favorite too. My family and I have been eating here for almost 2 decades. The restaurant is always clean, the staff is always friendly, the service is always fast, and the food is always delicious. I would recommend. 10/10

Hoong's Palace was jam-packed on Christmas night. The restaurant has been in South Denver for a while and has quite a league of dedicated customers. Although the taste is more American Chinese, but very delicious nonetheless. Certainly one of the better American Chinese restaurants in town. Here are their beef chow fun, shrimp with walnuts, kung pao triple, squid with black bean sauce, eggplant with garlic sauce, salt & pepper pork and steamed bun with red bean paste.

My wife and I have been coming here for special occasions since 2019. The food is always superb, the staff is always friendly. The atmosphere is great and the kitchen is fully visible. We always leave happy, with full bellies and several to-go boxes.

Kid-friendliness: They don't offer a fussy child option like dinosaur shaped chicken nuggets, but there are plenty of non-spicy, less exotic options. Unless you've got a super picky eater (kids are gonna kid) there are plenty of great choices to introduce them to Chinese cuisine.
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair ramp, automated door button, ample handicapped parking spots. Not a cramped place, easy to get around with chair/walker/cane.

I love their food. The Mongolian items are great. Large crispy sesame chicken. Shrimp is big. Large portions so great value. We eat part of meal there and then enjoy leftovers for one or two more meals. They could improve their service as they don't come back to the table much and they should offer to pack up leftovers because it's messy.
