I asked for a coke refill and the waitress handed me a half-filled glass. She was a little hesitant to do a refill and i had to ask for it twice. We keep coming back here because the food is delicious and I think it was just random occurrence because the customer on the next table got a full glass of soda for a refill.

Very rude Answering the phone
This place is a hidden gem for Americanized Chinese food! They have some amazing options that offer a multi-course meal.
The General Tao’s/Thao’s/Tso’s chicken was quite good here. Unlike most other places, it wasn’t dry. It also made for really good leftovers. My bf liked his meal also, it had crispy noodles that crunched in a satisfying way.

When we told the server that the rice, egg rolls and crab wontons were cold, she said that’s how it comes because it’s pre-made! Are you kidding? We won’t be back. The entrees were very good.

We enjoyed our meals. I had ordered and paid from their online menu, then went to pick up when the food was done. The food was good and we'll be a repeat customer.

The food was delicious!!! The portions large. We took food home and had leftovers the next day and it even tasted better!!! Yummy! The service was great. Filled my water glass three times. The restaurant was nice inside but landscape around the restaurant was extremely bad. Needs lots of work. Don’t let the landscaping scare you away. This is my favorite Chinese restaurant.

I have been a customer at this place since 2001. I have seen changes in the place and thought probably sold to another person. But not my business, as long as they keep making good food. Sadly, last Saturday I order my usual, Sesame Chicken with fried rice. After a couple of bites, I stopped eating. The rice was under cooked, the chicken....I don't know if it was really chicken, and the sauce was very runny. They change cooks, I notice before but I didn't want to admit it. I am sad as Hoang Palace was my go to when I wanted good Chinese food. Now I need to find another place to go. So sad!!!

This is the worst place. I've ever been treated. The lady who helped me wanted me to give her the 18% tip. As if it were mandatory. How terrible. They serve you.

Very rude staff, not helpful at all. The food was tiny portions and we did not receive all of our rice with our main dish orders. Spent way too much money for rude service. Never going back again.

High prices for small portions not worth the money, rude staff, and poor service.
