Our visit fell a flat. The waitress was great... And that's where it stopped being good. Multiple of the containers were missing tongs, the crossed foods were at a high level. We were seated by the fire exit and one of the cooks kept using booster seats to prop the door open so he could step out and vape and then we watched him go straight back to the grill without washing his hands. Yuck. And it was a really cold night so thanks to the door being opened several times our table was FREEZING. Honestly it was a really big bummer we won't be back.

Elizabeth H is the best hands down. She kills it on the grill and being a waiter! Even better for picky eaters !

very messy, the grill looks like it has never been cleaned and there is food all over the floor in the grill area and on the restaurant floor. No free ice cream as other locations offer. Not coming back.

Great food. Everyone I take there loves it! All you can eat. Watch out for the hot sauces. They're really hot.

Best food around, especially for picky eaters. Still good!!! Cut up the green peppers into smaller pieces or have knives readily available.

Went there last night, told the cooks we had someone in our group with celiac disease and they had to clean the grill. They put up so much of a fight for some reason. They waited around for a bit before actually cleaning the grill, and when they got to it- the person cleaning the spot did a careless job and still left the grill messy. The person asked if we wanted the grill cleaned more to which I replied "yes, please" seeing as the grill was not clean- they brought out a manager. The manager said that there were new regulations in place and that their method of cleaning had NO risk of cross contamination.Felt light headed and stomach was uneasy all night. Both being symptoms of cross contamination.Absolutely unacceptable. You would not treat someone with a peanut or shellfish allergy this way.Dietary restrictions: They do not make proper accommodations for those with celiac disease.

Hi, my last name is Hu and no, I do not have any affiliation with this establishment. With that out of the way, this is one of the few all you can eat restaurants in the area and checked most of the boxes for us. Upon arrival, we noticed that things were moving slow around dinner time and they seemed short on staff. But the staff was all very friendly and did their best to move quickly and help everyone. There is plenty of seating all around and the space is casual, laid back, and great for small or large groups with kids. The self-service area included a variety of frozen proteins, fresh vegetables, noodles, tofus, and an overwhelming amount of sauces to customize your plate. Our server did inform us of a few tips before lining up to get food and we appreciated that. Once our bowls were filled with all the ingredients, the cooking staff took over and did a good job firing up our meals. The final result was tasty and our whole family got what they wanted. So why 3 stars? We've been to a handful of Mongolian BBQs and despite this being a chain, this was the least organized one. Do you grab 1 bowl or 2 to start? Is there an order of how things should be put together? How many scoops of sauce do you put in each bowl? What do the names of some of these sauces even mean? If you're someone who is not into experimenting and need clear instructions, I can see this being an annoyance for you. Even for our group, we wished there was more clarity to start with. Lastly, despite the staff here doing their best, table service is pretty non-existent (for refills/questions), and the self-service area looked questionable cleanliness wise. Overall we'd come back again.
