Sewer smell as soon as you enter the building. Staff said coming from another tenant in the building. Regardless of where smell is generated it still makes dining there unpleasant. Good food there. Got good service in past. Need to fix the odor.

Took my 4 and 5 year old girls here after chuck e cheese expecting to have a quick regular lil meal after some fun and pow! Sewage slap in the face ! We got seated they didnt even acknowledge it or have any crayons! Customer service sucked like they didnt even care! Big guy was just getting a check. I requested to move tables and we did the furthest away from the smell but we had to get the heck out of there it was soooo bad. I tried to stomach it but no way I can eat like that let alone my children. There were 2 other families in there idk how they were able to manage. SHUT IT DOWN UNTIL THIS GETS UNDER CONTROL! Health inspectors, where art thou!? ZERO STARS. Should have reviews the review before entering ! We went to qdoba instead.

This is a great spot for an early breakfast. The food was good and consistent with the IHop brand and our server was fantastic. Overall very nice IHop.

Really disappointed like many others was there a year ago and the stench is still a problem today, no wonder people don't want to eat there because smell is a big relation to how food tastes. Fix the problem and you would be a 4 star restaurant 🤦 will definitely not be returning to this location until issues are fixed!!

Awkward and quiet atmosphere, had a rather unpleasant experience here. The waiter will very rarely check up on you and the food often comes out wrong. Dont really recommend coming here if you expect good service. This location is usually void of customers

I’ve had the pleasure of going to this IHOP a few times now while I have been visiting Denver. The food was delicious, quick and the best part was the outstanding customer service by their waitress Lili! Every restaurant needs a waitress like Lili! Her personality, efficiency and customer service are in a class above all others! She chatted with me and we made a personal connection on my first visit and when I returned two weeks later, she immediately recognized me and we continued our previous conversation. She was equally gracious with all the other customers present greeting them in English or Spanish depending on their preferred language. I went there for the great food and breakfast but went back due to Lili’s great hospitality.

The cinn-sational pancakes are absolutely fantastic! Parking was easy (big lot!) and Lily is such a friendly and attentive server, plus excellent with the children that sat around us. Ask for her!

Miguel VJ gotta be the best ihop worker I’ve ever seen, super nice, respectful and extremely good with costumer service, he went out of his way to give me my food in time and the right way, deserves a raise. I would only continue to eat here because of his service. This chain needs more people like him. A true example of a good hard worker.
