I'm so happy this rude lady (Lily)didn't give me the job I cannot stand ihop everywhere I go this restaurant always serves cold food along with rude staff the food is horrible if I can give 0 stars I would and also I got a way better paying job like really how in the world do you all get away with paying only $15 an hour that should be on Trumps list to put this place OUT OF BUSINESS and it should be illegal to pay that less and to top it off they dont split the tips with cooks not sure how they get away with that either

I waited in front of the desk with no service for 10 mins. When I finally got someone to help me, my online order that I had placed 25 minutes prior wasn’t even close to being ready even though I marked in the app that I was here. There was only a couple of family sitting down to eat. They weren’t even busy. Wish I could give zero stars.

We walked in the restaurant and it smelled like sewer. A lady yelled from across the room that they'd be right with us. We waited a little while and had to leave due to the smell.

This restaurant was clean and bright with big windows. The food was good. Although the eggs were a bit over done. The ham was tough to chew. The pancakes should have been on a bigger plate in order to put syrup on them without spilling off the plate. Compared to Denny's, this restaurant provides a lot more food for the price. The waitress was kind and attentive! Good service!This restaurant is located on the first floor. There is plenty of parking and disabled access. They seemed LGTBQ+ friendly. The restaurant as far as temperature was hot. Being a hot day outside with temperatures in the high 90s, they need to bump up the air-conditioning.

Visited for breakfast on a weekend. Ordered colorado omelette and breakfast sampler. The food came out quick and tasty. One complaint that we have was there was a consistent smell from drainage in the restaurant which dampened the experience.
This place smells like sewage it was awful. Only reason why we stayed was cause it was the only one close to us and my boys wanted IHOP. Our waitress sat us at a dirty table We asked to clean it, didn't raise the towel out properly and socked the table which my wife and I had to dry it off with our own napkins. The service was slow we got there at 10:30 pm cause I had to work at 11:30 we waited 5 minutes to get our order ( it was a slow morning) and took almost an hour to even make the food then we asked for it to Go cause I wouldn't have time to eat it there and that took another 10 minutes. We been to another IHOP before on a busy day and still got out in a timely way.

My sister and I went to IHOP for breakfast and the service was absolutely horrible! The waitress spilled all 3 of our drinks (Chocolate milkshake, Water, and Dr. Pepper)n on me then proceeded to tell us to move to a different table. She didn't pick up the mess or give me anything to help get the ice cream off of me. She then left for 15 minutes and we still hadn't gotten our drinks and she still hadn't taken out food order. We finally got out food and drink AN HOUR after being there. The mess was still on the floor and my pants were still soaking wet. I constantly asked for napkins so I can get the mess off of my pants but no one brought me any. We finally got the check and I asked a different waitress if I could get some sort of discount considering what had happened and how long we waited for, but she made it seem like it was my fault the waitress spilled the drinks on me. She then said she would only be able to take the milkshake off which I said was fine but when I went to go pay up front, the original waitress said she didn't take it off because she made me a new one. Which tasted horrible by the way. The service there sucks and it smells like rotten eggs. DO NOT GO THERE!!!!

Love the pancakes here! And our waitress was very nice and wasn't too intrusive nor lacking in service either. It was a nice quiet mid morning meal, very comfortable and we were allowed to sit anywhere we wanted, not told any area was shut down for the time or amount of people dining at the time. Made for a nice semi romantic meal.
