Checked out their other location today for lunch and tried the ceviche mixto. It was decent with good citrus flavor and fresh fish. Good size portion but a bit pricey imo. Recommend.
New years day chila quiles and a crunchy ground beef taco.
Everything was fantastic, I wish the salsa had a bit more bite, but that's just me.

Jaime's is a place where you'd think it's pretty generic, but the food is actually really, really good! The service is always good, whether that's Littleton or the Lakewood location. Chimis are to die for. If you're craving cheesy, green chili smothered goodness, Jaime's.
