I came in so mad they messed up my order. Marcus Emanuel and Mike make it all right. They listened to my problem on a previous order and made my day complete. Sometimes a man just needs a good cheese steak. And I got mine because they care. Truly. Thank you Mike and Emanuel

I'm at bit disappointed in the service today!!! Normally the teams really good at handling Doordash deliveries when I come in to pick up but for some reason today the young lady with Blonde hair lied to me said my customers order wasn't ready and it had been sitting on the counter right behind her. She decided to brush the customers order off and handle everyone else that came in after me and then went to the back to socialize with the rest of the staff. My customer Ashley M was informed of this behavior because she had asked me why it was taking so long I had informed her that there was a full staff and by the time I had to ask again for the order nobody was in the store but the staff and myself and the young lady still wasn't helping me. She never even looked at the orders behind her when I first walked in. I find it extremely rude and disrespectful that the young lady with Blonde hair didn't bother to help me but much rather ignore me and the customers order and do anything but her job.

I had to apologize to the customer for the long wait and for the young ladies preference.

It's a shame when you have 5-6 people working and the one that's supposed to help Doordash customers and cash out just doesn't want to work but just wants to talk to everyone they are working with.

There really isn't an excuse for having to wait 5-10 minutes for an order that's already completed and sitting on the counter ready to go.

To make matters more insulting I'm 38 weeks pregnant and really shouldn't have to be standing there waiting for an employee to do her job she gets paid to do.

If the young lady doesn't want to work with customers she needs to do something else. She really made the team look bad today.

We had an amazing experience at this particular location this afternoon! After leaving another sub shop, since they wouldn’t allow my son to customize his sandwich (just a simple chicken + provolone), we came here. All of the staff members were amazing and made us the best sandwiches! I was a little flustered when ordering because there was a line and some other things happening at the time but the staff was attentive, patient and kind. Although they don’t use toasters here, the deli slicer was nice enough to put the chicken and provolone on the griddle, when it’s normally served cold. The other members putting the toppings on all of our sandwiches were also helpful and made our lunch excellent. I wouldn’t normally take the time to write a review about a chain sub shop but this place blew my mind today and our family was just so grateful for the wonderful food and experience. Most of all, the friendliness and patience of the staff! Thank you.

I remember going here awhile back and an associate by the name of Markus was flat out drunk on the job, slurring words and got my order wrong. Bet it's happened more than once... atrocious.

Tori is the sweetest!!! She is kind to both customers and her coworkers — a real joy to witness in the middle of a holiday season dinner rush.

I visited Jersey Mike's during their busy lunch rush, Friday, and I was incredibly impressed with how smoothly everything ran. Despite the crowd, the team worked together like a well-oiled machine, ensuring that orders were taken and prepared quickly without missing a beat. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure everyone was taken care of while keeping the atmosphere upbeat and welcoming.

I ordered the hot Philly sandwich, and it was absolutely delicious—packed with flavor and cooked to perfection. It’s clear they take pride in the quality of their food. I left feeling satisfied and eager to return. I’ll definitely be back to see this amazing team again. Highly recommend!

Love❤️ the meats here, definitely above the rest, and the bread holds up even with takeout. Could be a little faster. The online orders seem to slow things down when the individual has to do both online and diners/takeout. Would love to see avacado on the menu even if I have to pay a little xtra.

This jersey mikes is sad. Everytime we go to this location, it’s the worst people working here, seems like everyone is on drugs. It sucks, we love jersey mikes but dam we won’t be back if you can’t make a simple sandwich…
