Sign says open until 9p but customers get turned away at 8p because they're only doing online or call in orders. When you place an online/call in order they say it'll take 40-50 minutes to make. After placing the order over the phone not knowing it'll take that long I tried to cancel my order but no one picked up the phone. Jersey Mike's used to be my favorite sub stop but now I don't know I'll eat there again unless I move somewhere else.

So I usually have really good experiences with this location. Went tonight and I won't be back. The kid making the sandwich was cussing at his coworker in front of everyone, throwing the knife down, throwing the condiments in bottles on the counter after he would use them. The poor girl working there looked like she wanted to escape. My sanwhich was drenched in mayo, and missing ingredients. Won't be back.

Really decent sandwiches for the price. I just wish they were more consistent. I have had 3 sandwiches from here so far. My first was a Portabella Cheese Steak. It was piping hot, with plentiful well- distributed ingredients. For my second meal, I tried a cold Roast Beef and Provelone. The beef portion was very stingy, especially compared to my Mom's cold Turkey sandwich. So on the third time (don't judge me--we were in the midst of an unexpected and disorganized move) I reordered the Portabella Cheese Steak. This time it had less meat, had unevenly distributed ingredients, and soggy bread. I'm not sure how to get them cut in half, either. On my first order, I requested that 3 out of 4 be cut in half, and only the one we requested not be cut was. So next order, no special request, and all were cut in half. Third visit, no request, none cut.
Great food and great people. I normally use online but had to place the order in the store and they had so much patience with me while I struggled. Excellent people! Subs were great as well! I've recommended Jersey Mikes to my Dad in another state and now he's hooked. We especially go when you do the charity's stuff. Thank

The people working here are slow, with the exception of the older gentleman who is working circles around the younger people.Took forever to get through the short line, cashier seemed to not know what planet he was on. My hot sandwich somehow got finished before I got out of line, and was cold when I sat down to eat it. The guy making my sandwich also didn’t read “extra” as extra and completely left off the ingredient I asked for extra of. Last time I will be back at this location.

If I could rate this place a 0 I would I've been here 100 times and it's always been a great experience I went tonight to order 5 sandwiches the punk kid slicing meat was disrespectful the second we walked in he was putting his head on the slicer shaking he was so mad at having to help customers he kept screwing up I asked who the manager was it was the older guy there I asked and he allows you to speak this way to customers the manager acted like he didn't hear or see what was going on I hardly wanted to spend $60- for my food after having to stand there for 20 min beeing givin dirty looks and head shakes the whole time I was there the fact they allow employees to treat paying customers this way is outrageous the kid even said I have 15 min left and I'm ready to tap out

Ordered a regular size got giant. The sandwhich was supposed to come with cheese. 2nd time around it was put on. I assume that mayo was put all sandwiches, i guess you have to request it ? So my wrong size sandwich came with no mayo and if I didn’t have prior great sandwiches here I would not recommend it. Shape it up fellas . Tonight i should have gone to 5 guys

20 bucks for roast beef & cheese w/ "extra meat & cheese", and a bag of chips... when I pointed out that I was double charged, I was informed "thats how they do it now"???
