The breadsticks were disgusting. Just straight deep fried dough. Bland taste and not the texture I would expect of a breadstick.
The pizza was entirely mid. As someone from Chicago- this is not Chicago deep dish. It’s just… a very thick dough.

The food was good, zero complaints there. But wow is it expensive. Nearly $50 for a meat lovers pizza? lol nuts.. we ordered a lot for a work event and good thing work was paying.. their pizza prices are bonkers. Didn’t expect that for a small chain place- this ain’t downtown Times Square…

Jimano's is usually a great pizza joint for take out, but this time around it was just okay. The pizza was supposed to have extra cheese, which it did not. The cheese curds were soggy because they dropped them in a paper bag wrapped in foil. Not the best technique. Hopefully next time will be a better experience.

Super unimpressive. Atmosphere looked dead, bur after coming for a pickup order 5 minutes after it was supposed to bedone, we were told to wait 20 min for our food. No explanations, no extras, just wait. Not impressed at all.

We decided to try this pizza after eating it at a friend’s house. We ordered two 16 inch pizzas and were shocked to see a $98 price tag. That just seems insane for two pizzas. Unfortunately, the quality wasn’t the same as we’ve had from the first time we tried it. We won’t be back.
