Pulled up to the drive thru at 7:45 p.m., nobody answered, so we walked up to the door, which was locked. An employee inside just stared at us. Sign says open until 10! Weird!

Great experience each time I've ordered from this location, employees are always helpful and efficient. This location gets a bad rap for some reason but they have always been consistently good when I order.

Even one star is too much for the service and sandwich I got. The cashier guy speaks to you like you own him something and the guy made the sandwich did a terrible job. Sandwich ( beach club) missing cucumbers and avocados. They were not even busy or doing anything.. how do you even mess up when you’re this slow ?

Normally have a decent experience here but today they had about 6 guys working yet no one could answer the drive thru and when I pulled up to the window one guy made eye contact but actively ignored me. So I had to go inside to get my order and was still ignored for 5 minutes. Spent about 15 minutes just waiting to be acknowledged. Very dissapointing. I understand they may be busy but the could at least say hello we will be with you in a moment.

Junk Genius

Taco Bell customer service I needed to cater 15 sandwiches. I was in a rush that only took care of me but they did it with a smile. I’m currently in the parking lot right now with another rush order. I called ahead and they said they made the sandwiches no problem. Great friendly advice. I forget the person’s name, but his brother runs another store down the street that he’s helped me in the past too.

Order a sandwich online go there wait 20 minutes, no sandwich, have to go! Leave without sandwich go back after my meeting and it's been sitting there for an hour and a half and they know I had to go after forever waiting. Don't ask ? They have no idea on anything..... if I would have seen their 2.5 rating would have gone elsewhere.

Haven't tried JJ in a long time. My visit here made me regret giving another try. I knew it was a ripoff just didn't know that quality went down so much as well.

Less than 15 minutes ago I ordered a sandwich first saying number 8 by mistake then correcting myself saying number 9. The employee prepared both sandwiches, then after explaining my mistake to the employee got upset, took the wrong sandwich and SMACKED IT into the ground

Waited in drive thru for over 5 minutes with no other cars and no one answered so I pulled to drive thru window where I watched the man running the drive thru laying on the front counter talking to a customer for another 5 minutes before he realized I was at the window. When he came over and I said something about it he stated "yeah I was busy" He never apologized! I ordered 2 sandwiches which hardly had anything on them and the bread was hard! I will not be back to this location. Horrible customer service!

To the man who took a phone call from an angry woman (me) to cancel an order for my family. I am sorry. This company left you alone! Your management/owner failed you and then I called very angry regarding our order not being received with no understanding or compassion that you were doing the best you could. Customers and employees deserve better I will not be supporting g this location.

Placed a pick up order about 5 minutes before getting to the store. One person ahead of me placing an in-store order when I got there. They took care of the next 3 in-store orders before getting my take out order ready, and they knew I was waiting. Not freaky fast. Worst Jimmy John’s service I’ve had, and I go to a lot of Jimmy John’s.
