My husband placed an order over an hour ago. Jimmy John’s took our money, but no food has been delivered and no one is answering the phone after several calls. We will be placing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I recommend looking somewhere else for food.

1 star only because they have ONE PERSON the counter AND drive thru and cashier ...on a Sunday at 1230pm on a Broncos game day...Jimmy Johns- c'mon- Be better. this poor guy. edit-- to be clear, the one person that was working behind the counter it was killing it. He was working as hard as he could but there was a line building up in the Drive-Thru and a line building up in the store. They should close the drive-thru when they only have one person working.

The single most dysfunctional restaurant I’ve ever seen. They somehow lost my drive thru order (how?) and when I went in to the store immediately afterwards to fix it, it took them 5 minutes to so much as acknowledge my presence, and all they acknowledged was they gave someone the wrong order. There were other people already inside who also were waiting because their orders were wrong too. I placed my order at 12:33 and didn’t get my 2 sandwiches until 1:06.
Also I watched the staff not change gloves between touching money and food and the register which is a huge no no. This Jimmy John’s has always sucked and gotten something in my order wrong but this was something else.
Freaky slow, freaky bad service, freaky unsanitary.

well yummy yummy that's all I got to say two sandwiches around thirty bucks and drive thru I left a tip but very good bread and it has a great taste but everyone dig deep prices are just a bit high so prepare to pay but I will come back again

Where do I start.. Tim is just an absolute delight to deal with (not really). I pull up to get a sandwich on my lunch break (I literally direct operations down the street, we give you guys tons of business almost daily) and I’m told I cannot use my birthday rewards through the drive through. Fine, all good, doesn’t help me with how I can use them just no I can’t and that’s it. So I’ll order them through the app while I wait in the drive to to get them at the window (it’s literally a PRE MADE BOWTIE PASTA). I get to the window and say I have the second order and I’m told I can’t do that, I tell him it literally says right here that it’s for drive through. This man proceeds to argue with me and then tells me I can’t cut other people behind me and that’s it’s not cool?! I ordered that while I was sitting at the drive through, the guy behind me didn’t even finish ordering yet so guess what, I WAS THE NEXT ORDER BEHIND ME! So I pull out back in traffic and do a full loop and pull up to the drive through again to give my name and before I even get around the corner this man has my pasta hanging out the window. This is a joke, if this was how any of my employees treated any customer that came through they’d be terminated immediately. This is not hospitality, this is embarrassing. I’d seriously suggest someone reach out to me about this and something happen about this man’s attitude.

The drive through option is great for a quick stop during my lunch break!
My sandwich was great but the guy was not very nice and forgot all 3 of my family’s chips from the combo :( and didn’t realize til we were all the way home

Pulled up to the drive thru at 7:45 p.m., nobody answered, so we walked up to the door, which was locked. An employee inside just stared at us. Sign says open until 10! Weird!
Great experience each time I've ordered from this location, employees are always helpful and efficient. This location gets a bad rap for some reason but they have always been consistently good when I order.

Even one star is too much for the service and sandwich I got. The cashier guy speaks to you like you own him something and the guy made the sandwich did a terrible job. Sandwich ( beach club) missing cucumbers and avocados. They were not even busy or doing anything.. how do you even mess up when you’re this slow ?

Normally have a decent experience here but today they had about 6 guys working yet no one could answer the drive thru and when I pulled up to the window one guy made eye contact but actively ignored me. So I had to go inside to get my order and was still ignored for 5 minutes. Spent about 15 minutes just waiting to be acknowledged. Very dissapointing. I understand they may be busy but the could at least say hello we will be with you in a moment.

Taco Bell customer service I needed to cater 15 sandwiches. I was in a rush that only took care of me but they did it with a smile. I’m currently in the parking lot right now with another rush order. I called ahead and they said they made the sandwiches no problem. Great friendly advice. I forget the person’s name, but his brother runs another store down the street that he’s helped me in the past too.
