Ordered the tuna sandwich and a soup. There was barely any tuna and the bread had these huge disgusting nuts in it, which made the sandwich taste awful. Ice machine is broken and I had to go back and ask for ice, why don't you just ask if I want some instead of me awkwardly coming back to ask? The soup is smaller than Panera cup size and I paid $17 for this awful meal. Bro couldn't even put lettuce on both sides of my sandwich.
The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the brownie was alright. Bur whatever you do DO NOT ASK FOR ANYTHING ICED OR A LATTE. I don't know if the girls working when I came in don't know how to make an ice drink let alone a LATTE. We asked for a vanilla iced latte and they gave us a cup of hot milk(literally no coffee or espresso in it) and all they did was let ice melt in it. We were only waiting 2 minutes for that drink so I know that somebody ordered it before hand and they just gave it to us. We didn't ask for a refund because we were already a block away. Never coming here again.P.S. I own an espresso machine and know how to make a latte and let me tell you that was not it. I used to love coming here but getting that cup of milk as a latte, made me never want to go back there again.
It's been open for years, still a total mess. It would appear that when your so short staffed, with 16 year olds that are very lost or rude... wrong orders, ridiculous waits, and most of all the food half the time is wrong or not available. Or both. After 3 or 4 times spending like $35 bucks, and 30 minutes at like 4PM, for like 2 things that were wrong 50/50... you do the math.
It's a good store when you are in need of bread and don't want Frozen from king Soopers!! I prefer the French Bakery though, bread taste better. La La Baguette De Normandy is amazing.
Good and service is always amazing. My husband loves it when I surprise him with kneaders. Their bread is so soft and fresh. My favorite is the chicken salad croissant. Their croissant is soooooo buttery, soft and flaky .
One of best fast food type cafes. Decent food, reasonable prices. Staff is super friendly and atmosphere is nice.
I’ve been here only twice. The first time they messed up my order and the guy was super sweet and gave me some pumpkin bread for my troubles. Today I went back and ordered a BLT with turkey. They messed it up again and put onions and mustard and all these random things in it. I brought it back up and sled if they could just put bacon, lettuce, tomato & turkey. They remade is and handed me bread with cheese turkey and bacon on it. No lettuce or tomato and one tiny little inch strip of bacon. I just looked at it and asked for a side of the things I was missing and walked out. I get ally don’t care but for a sandwich that literally tells you the only 3 ingredients in the name, it’s hard to mess up. Let alone twice. We also waited for our sandwiches for 25 minutes and we’re the only customers. Never going back. Bad service and we’re generally annoyed by me asking for what I ordered.
Ordered avocado ranch salad. There was no avocado on it but four large piece of lettuce core. No cucumbers but sliced zucchini instead. Second time that has happened at that location. Bread was stale. Utah Kneaders have much better quality control.
Amazing food and super decent prices. Opted for the drive through and it went pretty quick. Downside of going early morning is that most baked goods aren't ready to be sold yet.
I really like this Kneaders. The employees provide great customer service and deliver quality food. Dylan and Lex have really made every visit enjoyable and the food is delicious. The pastries and desserts are also amazing. I recommend the Banana pudding!

I visited the store near Lonetree, Colorado about 11:30am. I purchased a loaf of cinnamon bread and cookies. I had wonderful service.
Parking: Ample parking space
I waited at the window for 18 minutes before someone took my payment and apologized. Two cars also drove on the rocks to get around me. I’ve only ever had bad experiences at this kneaders. In my time I have seen like 20+ cars back out because of the drive thru slowness.
Several times we have gone to this location and received the wrong items for our order or items have been missing. These are pick up orders and sometimes we don't notice until we get home. Substitutions should not be made without asking the customer due to allergens. We get your short staffed but it's not hard to check an order for accuracy when bagging it. If we are paying for items we expect them in the bag.
Waited 30 minutes for one sandwich. I was upset and was going to complain to the employees until I realized there were only 2 employees running the whole lunch rush. Ridiculous. Those poor employees should find a business that cares about their well being. I will not be coming back to Kneaders knowing thats the way they treat their people, and will tell everyone I know about the experience I had.
If I could give negative reviews I would. First, went in at 12(noon) to get a lunch order for my co worker and I. They didn’t have any pastries left, and proceeded to take my order. I stood waiting alongside others for 51 mins for my order as the workers inside seemed to not know how to prioritize duties. Filling butter and coffee bar seemed to be a good thing to refill while many of us were waiting for almost an hour for our to go orders. I finally asked for a refund as I’m a pregnant, hairstylist and only had an hour total this day for lunch. Took them 10 mins to figure out how to refund my ticket then didn’t apologize or anything. I left with no food. Starving and late back to my work.
