I LOVE Lamar’s but the last 3 times I’ve ordered donuts from this location, I’ve had mediocre service at best. This time put me over the edge as the to-go carafe of coffee I picked up wasn’t fully closed and I spilled coffee in my car. Thank goodness I didn’t need anything else with my order because I didn’t see an employee once when I walked in and out of the front door twice to carry my order out to the car. Not sure how long I would’ve waited if I was a walk-in...
We came an hour before closing, and Brian was so sweet and funny! We're not from here, and he went out of his way to introduce us to some cool places nearby. Also, the donuts were surprisingly soft, which I didn’t expect since it was the last hour before closing. They were sooo good! Definitely recommend, and we're glad we stopped by.
Was good, rode our bikes here, sat outside with coffee and donuts. 10/10 morning. The staff was great and the donuts were fantastic.
Edit: just wanted to add that we got Apple fritters, which were massive and probably the best I've ever had.
