Little Caesars Englewood

Called after a 3 hour wait for my food little girl who answered had an attitude and hung up on me for asking when my food would be ready they need to fire the disrespectful little kids they be hiring

Let’s start at the beginning, 7:36 pm I head in to order a quick dinner for myself. Right away I can tell it’s a little busy, there’s people waiting as well as several DoorDash orders coming in as well as the phone ringing off the hook.

There was only 4 people working, and they were doing their best to complete orders, then at around 7:40 one of the employees leaves, and puts the remaining 3 in a tight spot. A few moments later a man walks in that clearly works there, he comes in and scolds the team, makes his own pizza and leaves.

The reason I am giving 5 stars is for the team that is working their butts off!!! A young man that was working on taking everyone’s orders and complaints was and extremely hard worker! The two girls in the back I never saw stop moving, they were making pizza of after pizza!! I was so impressed!!

I hope management recognizes the hard work the team put in on Christmas Eve and gives them something to compensate not only being short staffed but also dealing with a plethora of orders!!

Aaaaand finally, this is probably the best Little Caesar’s I have ever had!!! 🙌🏻

I got their pretzel crust pizza and they dumped a ridiculous amount of salt onto it. I don't know how you serve this with a smile on your face. It was totally unedible

I love little Caesars but not this location! I ordered online and somehow they still messed up my order! I think its cause i didnt tip! Bad communication and bad management

10/29 waited over 30 minutes just to get one pepperoni

I have resigned myself to waiting at the counter for a cashier and having that cashier be begrudged to take my order whenever I go for a LC pizza.
Not the case today. What a pleasant surprise. The cook got the attention of the cashier and I was quickly greeted with a smile and attentiveness that you rarely encounter these days. It was almost weird how seen I felt but I appreciate it. A minute long interaction and now I'm spending 5 just to write this out.
I'll be back to this location specifically. I hope they have a great day.

This location used to be good but as of recently it's been pretty sad. Tonight we ordered 2 pizzas and the dough on the cheese pizza was thinner than a thin crust pizza. If I wanted thin crust I would've ordered it. Oh gets better the crazy bread was so sad they were so thin (they looked like skeleton hands) and the dough didn't even rise and they were rock hard and un eatable, so i guess their idea of trying to make them soft was put a gallon of melted butter. I'm a butter lover but oh man that was ridiculously amount . It was truly a waste of money.

Everytime I come in it’s always fast, fresh, and very welcoming! Azad knows how to run a business & to make sure the customers always come first! Wish there were more managers out there like that 💪🏼 Don’t hesitate to get y’alls pizza from here!! 10/10 🔥
