This mcdonald's gives you whatever they want, regardless of wht you ordered. Horrible service, ripped off multiple times and management does nothing. Won't be returning

There's plastic in my Dr pepper this time besides them not being able to get a six count right the last time I reviewed them and plastic in my drink this time with the how long the service took it's just ridiculous I would never go here again. I'd attach a picture but the option isn't there anymore. Would give zero stars if I could've they even will let random people pickup door dash deliveries.

You guys, I come in to the drive thru expecting a FAST in and out. I then sit for 15 minutes behind other people because the person taking the orders was “behind”. I wait another 10 minutes just to be able to order my food. I then pull up to the window to pay, and the girl is talking to her coworkers and texting. I’m just trying to get my grinch meal. It should not take 30 minutes. The McDonald’s by my house is much faster. I’m sorry I ever came here. Go to a different McDonald’s. There’s like 100 near here. Pick a better one. Do better.

EVERY TIME I come here, something goes wrong. They forget something, they don’t get my order right, they give me an attitude when I tell them. Absolute nightmare of a restaurant!! I came here once, some stole my phone, I used find my phone and it was there somewhere, couldn’t find it anywhere. It was on the garbage. If you can go somewhere else, do that. The food is terrible anyway.

I frequently place mobile orders from this location in the mornings and afternoons, and every employee I have interacted with has been consistently kind and helpful. Today, right after placing an order in the app and arriving to pick it up, I had to leave for an unexpected work issue. When I was finally able to return, they kindly remade my order without any hassle. Their reliability and customer service are what keep me coming back.
Getting parked in the other side of the building when there are ZERO other cars. Customers don’t care about your timer!

Can’t get a simple breakfast order right. This is a constant, almost daily, issue. Employees are unfriendly and all have bad attitudes and can’t seem to get simple orders right. Can’t trust I actually got decaf when they get everything else wrong and don’t sticker or mark my cup. Probably the worst McDonalds I know about.
