I rated a 3 because the service was unexpected and not like my experiences at other McDonalds. The staff is not friendly and it took a while for them to understand my order which was straight forward.
This location also is not able to offer ice water and this is not an issue at other locations.

I’m so, so, so mad!!! I specifically bought happy meals because today is the day for the Lil McDonald’s toys launch. They said they had the Littles. They handed me the littles box… nope. They played me and scammed me!!! I specifically asked and was specifically lied to and spent my money on that lie… makes it a scam! The people who work at this location, obviously have never had children, and never had to deal with the extreme disappointment.

I stopped at this location for the second time in a month, and nothing has changed. Not one employee even looked towards the front counter to ask if I needed help. So, I waited for what seemed like a lifetime for help. It was like I was invisible. I had already placed my order in the kiosk. Terrible customer service.

Not my favorite McDonald's, the drive through is kinda weird and honestly I miss how McDonald's used to be. I miss free refills, and a the soda fountain in the lobby. Customer service at this location is hit or miss. I've had several terrible experiences, I've Also had some very friendly staff experiences as well.
