The staff is great and on point. Food is fine. However…There are no self-serve soda fountains at this location. When I asked for a refill they gave me an entirely new cup. This upset me very much- do we really need to double our plastic consumption in this manner?Not only that, but there is no counter service. An older man came in asking for breakfast and the staff member walked him over to the self-order kiosks. He looked so confused. I felt terrible for him. We shouldn’t expect our elders to be comfortable with the technology the younger generations have produced. That kind of technological entitlement is the opposite of customer service. Again, it’s not the employee’s fault. This is entirely the fault of the McDonald’s corporate team.

I love a double cheeseburger and a coke from McDonalds. I have no shame. I stop at McDonald’s all over and this is the better of the bunch. Food is consistently hot and fresh, folks who work here are friendly and familiar faces which speaks to the management as there is hardly any turnover. Drive thru line can get long during peak hours and the guy in the lane next to you just *has* to be in front of you.

I definitely do not recommend this restaurant, the employees are very despotic, as if we were going to ask for a giftAnd the food is always given wrong than the order and on this occasion they gave me the meat of the hamburgers spoiled with a bad smell, we went back to tell them and it took us about 10 minutes to give us the money, there was not even a Sorry I deserted the manager. I do not recommend this place at all NOVAYAN
