I was standing longer than another delivery driver, waiting to he helped, but the other driver still got helped first, even though the person that helped him SAW that I was standing there before him, AND in front of him. He looked right past me to the guy who came in AFTER I did.

Terrible customer service i went in this morning people standing around with an older gentleman in the lobby needing help ordering on the kiosk as i was ordering my food i realized he needed help and staff would not so i took matters into my own hands he just needed help ordering his meal and it wasnt hard and didnt take long if people ask for help please help them

Had to make a quick Big Mac run, lol ? Haven't had one in years! Not bad.
Ordered curbside; a deluxe mcrispy on the app cheese and pickles were options. Got it without both. Went in guy said they can't add cheese, then handed it to the sandwich maker she put a slice of cold cheese on the top i requested it be melted they looked flabbergasted. Who has a hard time melting cheese on the chicken and putting it on a bun and dressing the sandwich.$20 order.. pick up a mop.

The manager lady here is so rude. If you don’t like your job quit stop coming here every day is something different with you. You truly seem like you hate being here and if that’s the case, stop coming quit give your job to someone else. Every morning you complain about me substituting the round egg for the folded egg like you bring these eggs from your home. I will just go to the McDonald’s down those employees treat you with respect.
