Your average McDonald's but you do need to check your order because they frequently get it wrong like they did today. The receipt says two double hamburgers, no salt no pickles. I got two double cheeseburgers. Had to throw one in my way because it's over my sodium in it now

I go to this McDonald’s once a week because that’s one of my kids favorite food but when I went today through drive-through, I tried to use a 20% off discount which usually takes around $10 off my average meal around $70 because I have a family of five so I’m used to knowing what kind of discounts we get. I asked the person at the window if she applied the discount she said yes when I got the receipt, the receipt was promo zeroed out everything and my total savings was $67 in cash. How could that be ? The only way something like this can happen if you down ring, taking customers cash and giving away food for free. I went inside to talk to the manager on duty which she gave me a fake apology like oh my God, but she knew what her employee was doing because at the window the employee walked away from the register. I’m assuming to tell her manager, she got a cash order. The manager did not have no apology. Just looked as if she was called out on what they have been doing ….imagine five cars go through within 10 minutes each pays $20 a ticket they down ring that’s $100 in 10 minutes that they just took from paying customers and giving away McDonald’s food for free every single time. Probably splitting the cash they took from paying customers. This is crazy and absurd . I tried to speak to the so called manager which he has failed to contact me back after I explained to him of what his employees are doing and he he simply said “oh no” and I’m 10 minutes away from the store . Doubt they are going to do anything to the manager or the girl working the window . They will probably continue taking cash and giving out McDonalds food for free.
So this is why I’m here making sure that everyone who frequents this McDonald’s knows to pay with credit not cash or they will take it and pocket your money.

Horrible experience, my daughter’s birthday party was ruined by their manager , Francesco. Very rude, unfriendly, unprofessional. Just because a few kids wanted no ice for their lemonades. He refused to give them large lemonades, stating that the company is losing money because of customers like us asking for no ice , so we paid for large lemonades and received medium cups. McDonalds should not hire these people, reputation is at risk. Francesco , shame on you!

This McDonalds has the most exceptional customer service, some of the nicest employees I have ever met! We frequent this location often as it’s so close to home and they NEVER fail. They never mess up our order, always correct and hot! Whoever is managing this location is doing a great job! Far better than any McDonald’s nearby.

On multiple occasions, I have ordered through the drive-thru and not been given syrup or butter for the hot cakes. Very disappointing when you arrive at work and cannot eat what you just paid money for.

This manager at night has the cleanest, freshest, and the best service restaurant I've ever seen. This McDonald's was ok but now its the best I've seen ever. My kids always demand McDonald's and this place is the #1 best in colorado. Great job ladies I wish I can send a tip every time I go. It's so organized and it runs perfect. Please give this Manager a raise pay these workers more if you can.

Food is good whenever I come here, but this week I called on two different days to ask a question and whenever I called I either got hung up on immediately I was just completely ignored.

Unprofessional manager!!!! We ordered delivery this afternoon for lunch and our delivery driver called us and informed us that the manager on duty today was refusing to read the order on our driver's phone and was trying to refuse handing her the order!!!!We overheard how the manager was speaking to our driver when our driver was just trying to do her job and show the manager her phone so the manager could verify the order but the manager threatened our driver from what it sounded like over the phone, said she was going to report our driver!!! All our driver was trying to do while on the phone with us was get the order she showed up for!!! She was just doing her job!! Our driver was even giving my husband's name to the lady and she was rude the whole time so we ended up canceling our delivery after the phone call ended and we reported the mistreatment to doordash customer support we also had to call and ask doordash for a refund and made it very clear that we were very unhappy with the level of disrespect the store manager has for people.
Drivers don't even make that much! Our daughter drives for Uber eats too and she tells me horrible stories like this all the time its a shame restaurants allow people to work for them when they are this rude. Unbelievable!!!!
To our driver we are sorry you experienced this type of mistreatment and we hope you didn't lose out on getting paid after we canceled again sorry for the way the manager treated you we're positive you wont see this but we are sorry.
To the store manager though you need to treat people better and not be so rude and you need to stop threatening delivery drivers because you dont want to read their phones and verify the orders they are there to pick up.

Ridiculous!!!!! I cannot believe this level of rude behavior from a manager!!!
We did get a refund through doordash and they canceled the drop off because by the time the driver finally got the food we had been waiting for 15 almost 20 minutes for her to pick it up. We also called and let doordash know that the manager threatened to report our driver when she didnt do anything wrong.
We hope mcDonald's corporation takes customer service seriously and they get rid of whoever that lady manager they had in today.
