Went for breakfast one morning at 6 a.m and employee took my order and it was wrong and I told employee it was wrong at first window and drove to the second window and my order was still wrong coffee was the wrong size I asked for the right size and was charged more for the coffee that was supposed with my meal employee treated me real bad for there mistakes instead of comping my coffee all that for 75 cents thanks Mc Donald

awful the one in Englewood Colorado I think 630 west Hampden no hello no nothing go order on the board the board was so confusing I walked out no one to help me at all and ask anyone to be honest the drive thru got all attention I was there day before mothers day I walked out no help to ask dirty tables don't waste y hard earned money go where they treat you w human kindness
Big surprise McDonald's and their service proved to be disappointing. This entire McDonald's is disappointing. The woman, Sidel that took our order seemed very bothered we were there. My expectations are low with McDonald's but she sucked. I also wanted a McFlurry and was told they couldn't its always some excuse, why they can't it never matters and it's always false. Big surprise, your night shift is lazy, liars, and just leaves me wanting to go else where. 🤷 Just lack luster plain and simple. 👎

I had to wait for over 30 minutes for a frappe. I used my mobile app to do curbside an I guess the order never made it went to a totally different store. Then the lady was rude when I went thru the drive thru. I got my drink an left just a waste of time
