I've had it with this place. I keep wanting to give them a try because they're the most convenient location, but it's rough ordering from here.
This time I ordered for the first time on the app so there couldn't be any screw ups. Ordered and paid, pulled into the drive thru to get my food. Had to wait for the bacon. Fine. Get my bag.
No sauces, none. There's four sandwiches in there so it seems right. Got an order of fries I didn't ask for. That should have been a red flag to check everything there but the line behind you and all. I ordered three burgers and two spicy mcchickens. Only one burger was made correctly. Instead of the two mcchickens I received two cheeseburgers. So I ended up with five burgers, only one made correctly. I'm allergic to onions and don't like pickles and the kids like their burgers plain. So I'm left with four burgers no one wants. But hey, at least I got extra fries and the Taco Bell next door usually gets their orders right.
Avoid this place. There's a couple other McDonald's a few miles away. Even ordering on the app and having everything written out and itemized will not ensure your order is correct. Such a shame becuase the location is great.

Came at night and drive through lady either had a bad day or was on her monthly but had a very bad attitude when I ordered and gave me the order and slammed the window closed. I wanted ketchup and she gave it with an attitude, management needs to retrain or let her go

I used to come here as a child and enjoyed coming here, but the last few times i've come, I've been disappointed. I said with transparency that I would like no cheese on my order, they gave me a premaid order. With fast food now costing $20, I expect i higher standard of attention to detail. It's clear the inflation fast food is not going towards quality control.

This is the first time I went to McDonald’s that I had to use Google translate to communicate with the drive thru order taker- inexcusable for that position! Several times I tried to state my order very clearly and slowly, but it did not work. Eventually, she understood when I used Google Translate. When I spoke English, she did not understand the simplest words. It’s no wonder the drive thru was backed up so much.

Must be tough for a struggling family owned business like this. They cant even afford to fill the drinks to full or give you all the chicken nuggets you paid for. I immagine they will be closing the doors on this struggling business any day now... or at least they should. Honestly they will rip you off count and inspect everything. Even when they give you what you paid for the food is disgusting at this location. Employees talk back and argue when you call them out on the drinks...

It's McDonald's what more is to say, the service is trash they're incompetent to get orders correct the staff are bland and rude no good communication skills and very bad attitudes.

I don’t really like McDonalds food, but what kid doesn’t. The food is out fast, you know what to expect, the price is great (especially in this economy). No complaints I can think of. Is it fine dining no, is it healthy, no. But the kids love it and McDonalds is always McDonalds. The App is awesome as well, who ever thought McDonald’s could get faster and easier to order from.
