I ordered 2 hot and spicy chicken sandwiches with cheese and pickles and they charge for the cheese and pickles added to your order. I paid, got my order, and checked in the bag for my special order ticket they put on your sandwiches and they read add American cheese and add pickle so I figured it was correct. I get back to my house, go to eat and there is no cheese on either sandwich. It's irritating when they have the specific ticket with the specifics added to your order and they don't have what you wanted on your order. Especially if you're CHARGED for the specifics. I have pictures if anybody wants to reach out.

Customer service good very friendly paying attention to people's orders not good ordered hot cakes with sausage large coffee 4 creamers 8 sugars got to work no syrup or butter coffee taste like they just added one creamer no sugar what so ever this is the 2nd time coffee was made wrong for me😡

This McDonald’s is open 24 hrs a day. The people are always friendly and nice. There normally is not a long wait on the drive thru

I would just like to start this off. that this is one of the worst McDonald’s that I have went to my entire life This is my third time going there and every time I go there and I’m not joking, but I’m being serious to my heart right now. They messed up my order every time every time they messed up my order and I don’t get it. I don’t understand English is not their first language, but like It’s absolutely insane that I have to make A bad review about this I’m 22 years old. I don’t care about making reviews but when you keep on messing my food up after I paid $20 for McDonald’s, I’m gonna Complain .So please Can we do something about it please that’s all

They usually always get something wrong but today I don’t understand how you get so many things wrong, the lady working was very rude and look annoyed and gave me the wrong McFlurry, no straw for my drink, grape jelly instead of mayo?, and the wrong sauces. I genuinely don’t understand how this happens
My burrito is the size of a cheese rollup from Taco Bell. This place sucks. The people aren’t friendly just want to get you through the drive through.

Do not eat here! Got food poisoning from here yesterday 3/30/25 from a McDonald's cheeseburger, fries and a coke. I always thought McDonald's was the safe choice, but I was throwing up and sick within 1-2hrs of eating here! Something is definitely wrong with this location. Never never happened to me from a McDonalds before!

I don't eat at McDonald's often, because eating at a McDonald's reminds me why I don't eat here often. I had the spicy chicken sandwich meal. The chicken and sauce were fine, maybe as good as Chik fil a, but the bun was tasteless like Styrofoam or cardboard and ruined what might be a pretty good sandwich. McDonald's fries used to be the best, but I found them tasteless. I had Burger Kings fries earlier in the day, and I never thought BK would best McDonald's in fries, but here we are. Maybe McDonald's should have put more money into food quality and less into new technologies and playgrounds.
