Wish I could give this place 0 stars they apparently charge for any special orders or for more then 2 dipping sauces the service here is horrible I've had more then one thing come out of the kitchen wrong or cold the entire management hides in the back and curses at customers too! I've even seen shady deals where something stolen from a store is bought by management here

The worst McDonalds I have ever been to. Nobody speaks English, they do not understand one thing we said. They get the orders totally wrong, forget items, the mic shakes are runny, the burgers are runny and stale. My kids just threw their food out. I dislike this new concept. You can go in and never even engage with a worker, so when your order is wrong or you want a refill, it's almost impossible to get someone to speak to you.

I bought 3 crispy chicken sandwiches and a chicken nugget meal. The beverages were good. However, when i opened the chicken sandwiches, there were lacking elements. Every Saturday I buy this same order and it is always sufficient. I'm not saying the service or food was bad, but I do ask that the ingredients are given more attention. Thank you for your time.
This place has lost all the human touch. You walk up to a tall sign looking thing (computer)that is where you place your order. No face, no voice, just you set on your own to figure out how to place your order. I'm guessing that the next time I go there the machine will be making the food as well.

2.5.2024: 12:30... Everything was super hot and fresh. But the reason for this post is that I got the most perfectly made big Mac I have ever seen. Everything was perfectly centered, all the plentiful toppings .. it was kinda crazy .. being rush hour.. it looked like the freaking picture on the menu. So yay to the person that made that amazing sight.
