Curbside pick up is a sham and those signs that say “Save time by ordering ahead” are lies. The app always says your order will be out in 2-5 min but it’s always been a minimum 10 minute wait. I’ve had enough of choosing curbside pick up just to sit there and watch every car in the drive thru get served before you. Not only will every car get served in the drive thru first most likely you will still end up waiting another 5 min wondering where your food is at when the parking lot is completely empty. You will get your food faster if you just walk in and ask them at the counter if the order is ready but be ready to wait at the counter for at least 5 min before anyone will even acknowledge you. It is mandatory to check your order when they give it to you as well because there’s a 50% chance you are most likely missing part of your order.

Food was as expected, but I could not get over the fact that a quarter pounder meal with an order of nuggets was just under $15!Sorry, but there is too much competition for fast food to cost this much. I will spend the same or slightly more to eat at the local diners when I get the need to spoil myself by eating out.

Drive through attendant seemed to be too preoccupied with conversation with a fellow employee so much so that she paid little attention to what she was handing customers. There was a mistake to the customer’s order in front of me when the wrong product was given causing the customer to hold up the line by getting out of her car midway between exiting the drive through line and when I finally got to the pick up, I understood why.

This location needs a major management upgrade and master class in customer service! I went through the drive through to order and waited for a good minute before anyone answered after saying hello multiple times, then have the nerve to have an attitude at the window. I’d rather spend my money at the other McDonalds 5 minutes down the road. Sorry!l but y’all need to get it together, quickly!
