First of all, great communication, quick order placement, easy to pick up. Second of all, we got to try four piece cake and oh my goodness, it was so delicious. I had such a fun & easy experience ordering from Kate at Mini Me. She was so kind & helpful, & even had my cake ready a day early because of a big snow storm!I bought the passionate fruit mousse cake for my sister’s birthday. It was absolutely gorgeous! My picture doesn’t do it justice. The cake was light, refreshing, & not too sweet! I highly recommend!

I am so hard to satisfy when it comes to cakes, grocery cakes are no good, and majority of private bakers mediocre, I love to bake myself so I can enjoy sweet goods, but baking good cakes from scratch takes a lot of time ?️ and kitchen mess, who has time for that, when you have kids and full time work. I normally do not write reviews, just very lazy about it. But this place and Kate deserve thousand 5 start review. Cakes are delicious, no too sweet, not too buttery, not grainy; well thought through layers, not simple at all, full of flavor! So excited to find this place, will be ordering again and again

We ordered the pistachio cake and it was so good! Even our friends who don’t like cake had two three pieces. Very flavorful but not over-sweetened. We will def come back again.

Not only are Kate’s cakes amazing but so is she! Communicating with her and placing my order was such a seamless process. I order a mango passion fruit mousse cake with custom design for my Mom’s birthday. Kate captured my vision for the mousse cake perfectly and the flavor profile was the perfect balance of tart and sweet. Hands down, I can confidently say this was one of, if not the best, cake me and my mom have ever had. Will definitely order again and cannot recommend Mini Me Pastry enough!

I ordered the Mousse Mini Cakes for my daughter. She had to return to college slightly early. There was a slight issue w/ delivery due to that DU was not accepting packages at that time (campus was closed). Since I was out of state I didn't know how to resolve the delivery issue, but guess what??? Kate figured it out!!!! She's a gem!!! She went above and beyond to make sure my daughter received those cakes (btw, it was a mini treat for her bday). My daughter received the cakes and enjoyed the treats w/ her friends. Thank you Kate for your delicious cakes and for OUTSTANDING service!!!!!
