I’m all about a family business, I prefer it. The young lady who was helping her parents was the rudest I’ve ever been treated in the service industry. The lady and gentleman are nice but wow, the young lady helping is extremely rude. I’ve never had someone actually roll their eyes at me when I asked a question. I was pressured to donate my change to the Japan trip but honestly, if you were nice you’d get more tips. I will not be back to your business. You also allow your young child to walk around coughing all over the place.

Place and in person order for two sandwiches to go. They were not busy just prior to noon on a Monday so I was in and out in less than ten minutes. The California Dream was a solid sandwich. However, my wife said the veggie was disappointing. Just not enough of the good vegetables. Which seems to be common in the sandwich shop industry. Load up the thing with cheap iceberg lettuce and skip on the other stuff. Bread was good and fresh though. I would go again for a meat based sandwich but not the veggie.

The Pizza Sub is the BEST! So fresh and the portion size is filling! A delicious twist on traditional pizza/meatball sub. Highly recommend.

Munch a sub? Yes please! Finally a non chain sandwich shop that crushes both sandwiches and burgers. Support local stores, stick a finger to capitalism, and get yourself a bomb sandwich. Win, win, win.

Closest place to my work, typically takes 20-25 minutes to order there so I tried the online pickup order this time.. BIG MISTAKE. Got a call first to ask what side, like that matters as those are ready when I walk in, fine, whatever, it was a real human, but unnecessary. Then I get a ready for pickup in 10 minutes message, great, I walk over. No. I show up in about 6 minutes of the 10 and proceed to have 3 more people order at the counter, a Philly, a meatball, and a 7" French dip. I sit down and am never acknowledged, figure they will call my name, text, or call out order when it's ready. Now she comes out and says they are out of French dip meat for the last guys 7", then says no hang on, and then says nevermind. After the meatball comes out before mine 15 minutes now, she says the 10" French dip (mine) is almost ready. Then it comes up and is given to the person who ordered a 7" and I ask where is mine that's now 20 minutes late! She hands me another one then, but at this point my quick lunch is now over 40 minutes waiting for meh quality food. I doubt I will return even with it being next door after this experience.

This place is definitely worth the time to find!!! It showed up on Mapquest and we were looking for a good sandwich—French Dip especially. It’s in a building and right away we thought office snack bar. Boy were we surprised. Nice atmosphere, good food and priced right. Fresh Ingredients. Gina cares about and caters to you like a guest in her house. Wow!!! Very refreshing and fun experience!! Go there!!!

Hi: Love supporting great local owners. I am from TX and was hosting a meeting at a clients office. I looked for something local (needed delivery) and I planned to only order the day one lunch. Well, The food was so good, that we ordered breakfast and lunch again from here day two. The Cali Sub was a huge hit as was the meatball sandwich and the wings. I personally got the Cobb salad and it was huge. One person got the enchiladas and I ended up with them day 2 and they were the real deal. Portions are huge. We got burritos for breakfast (and a croissant sandwich) and they were both more than great!! But best of all was the service. It’s a local owner (Janna) and she was so warm and helpful as was her daughter when I spoke with her. The delivery guy was always on time, smiling and quietly came in, delivered our food and quietly, left so not to interrupt our meeting. I would order again. I am so sorry I did not get photos
