The guy on register had 0 sense of urgency towards helping a customer. Standing around waiting for his co workers to do the work for him.

I really like this location, they make the food pretty quick. But occasionally, when they hire new people I notice two things. 1. Noodles are undercooked, 2. new cashiers need to speak very quietly. Both understandable, but needs addressing.

DO NOT use Noodles app to place an order to be delivered. We waited 45 minutes just to get a text stating that it was canceled. More disappointed because placed order for our granddaughter that was so excited to be disappointed. Called them and all I got was I will research and make sure you don't get charged. And now no food

This is my favorite location, I order food 3x a week. Today I wasn't very impressed I went in to order to go , I ordered their new pulled pork on the menu. I got home and all I got was fat of pulled pork on my bowl and tiny crumbs of pork . Not what I expected! Everyone is always super nice at this location. Today their food was not good. But I will give it a try again ..

I love this franchise. It's a little pricey, but I've never been disappointed. The broccoli was fresh, and the employees were polite

I’ve given this location multiple chances, But today was the LAST straw. The only competent employee here seems to be Gio. They actually listened and have gotten my orders right. Every other time, My order has been messed up in some way, But today was BEYOND frustrating. I placed an Uber Eats order while at work, And my food never arrived. I understand that because it wasn’t ordered directly through Noodles & Company, The issue is technically ā€œout of their handsā€ However, I’ve worked in fast food before, And when a delivery order gets stolen or dropped off at the wrong location, We remake it!! Especially if drivers are still coming in. Instead, I was met with indifference. My order could’ve just been remade since three different drivers showed up for my order. Whether the driver took my food or it was given to the wrong person, I was left starving at work with no solution but to reorder and wait AN HOUR. It should’ve been here an hour ago. This isn’t even the first time this location has let me down as I’ve mentioned. I’ve paid extra for modifications like extra chicken or extra sauce only to receive none of it. When I tried to get it fixed, The store was already closing, So I was just out of luck. How hard is it to read a ticket and prepare the order correctly? On top of that, The bathrooms here are disgusting. I can’t fully blame the employees. That’s mostly on the customers. But at the same time, I get it. Who really wants to clean that mess? Still, The overall cleanliness of the store is questionable. I even watched an employee handle cash and go straight back to making food without washing their hands. We all know how dirty money is. I’m not saying you have to change gloves every time you go on the register, But at the very least, Wash your hands. From now on, I’ll be going out of my way to the SouthGlenn location to avoid this level of incompetence.

Today I decided to stop by Noodles & Co on my way home from work to pick myself up a little treat. Unfortunately for me, after I picked up my noodles and climbed into my car, she refused to start. I was super grateful that I at least had some food. I called my mechanic (who is another hero who deserves his own story) and he drove all the way to check on my car since I had just picked it up from them yesterday, it should have been good to go, but I guess the gods thought my day was going too well. I had to wait an hour until they closed before help could come. So I went back in the store to buy a water to rehydrate after crying in my car for a bit.

The absolute heroes at Noodles gave me a water on the house when I told them what was going on and were super sweet about it! It’s little acts of kindness like this that give me some kind of faith in humanity.

(Spoiler- as soon as my mechanic got there my car started right up for him. No shade to them either because it’s a totally different problem than what they already had fixed.)

Moral of the story- noodles may not make everything better, but hydrating helps. Apparently.

Food is too expensive for the portions, staff talks about customers in the back and dinning room is always very dirty.
