This location earned every one of the five stars. The staff was gracious and welcoming when we came in 45 minutes before closing. The pesto tortelloni was piping hot and delicious and the new backyard bbq salad was delicious - the dressing on the salad was great.My friend's Japanese pan noodles came out cold, undercooked and dry and we begrudgingly brought it back and asked for it to be remade. The manager, Dio, remade the entire dish and personally brought it to the table steaming and piping hot and full of sauce and flavor. His attitude, even after being asked to remake a dish, was outstanding and he apologized for the cold dish being served in the first place. He then came back and checked on us a couple more times and gave us a free rice krispy treat as well. Dio truly made our experience a 5 star experience. Great customer service from everyone and we will absolutely be back.

I’m not sure what has been up with this location lately, however, the past 3 times I’ve eaten here it has not been good. I got the Japanese pad Thai noodles and the noodles were just gross. Then I got a butter noodles and again the noodles were gross and look & tasted like they have been sitting in a fridge for awhile. Now again. I got the Peña Rosa the chicken is super burnt and hard…so it’s just hard to eat their food!

I came in and noticed everything was clean and stocked. When I ordered the man working was nice, thorough and made sure to get my rewards so I got money off! My order was made quickly, even though it was busy Halloween. Not only was it made quickly it was so delicious! The pesto sauce was delicious, noddles and chicken cooked perfectly, and the proportion was great! This visit made me remember why I used to love noodles and Co ?

I unfortunately keep making the same mistake by getting food at this noodles location. 9 times out of 10 your order will be made incorrectly which I didn’t think was possible with a simple pasta dish. You can tell the staff is careless and can’t seem to read what someone has placed an online order for. My suggestion is to go to another location and/or risk it but I wouldn’t tip in advance. I normally do but have realized that is insane when they can’t even make an order correctly.
Just picked up a takeout order. Awful. Mac noodles with cheese sprinkled over them and burnt meatballs.You can never sacrifice quality. You lose the customer for life.

The food was terrible. We ordered 2 dishesButter noodles- tasted like the noodles were over cooked and then left under a heat lamp to dry out. Think starchy gum. There was also no sauce. The noodles were all stuck together. Japanese pan noodles- this also had dry noodles without sauce. The packaged cookie was also not good.The only good part of the order was the Smartwater
