We had the best experience working with Occasions for our Sep 2025 wedding! Our event designers, Aspen and Katie, were so kind and helpful throughout the process of designing the event. I got quotes from 4 of our venue approved catering companies and Occasions was the most cost effective and allergy friendly option I found! They helped me curate, a 100% gluten-free menu (I am gluten, as well as many of my family members) for our 100 guests. Day of our food came out great we thought it was so delicious and we found all the catering staff to be so nice & enthusiastic. I will highly recommend Occasions to all of my friends getting married in Denver metro going forward.

We used Occasions Catering for our Holiday party earlier this month. I worked with Becky and she is so very creative in coming up with menu ideas to enhance your event! She is the absolute best!!! We talked about our Aloha Friday themed party and she came up with such great menu options. We had kebabs, poke bowls, a fancy sushi cart, along with the most absolutely stunning desserts! They have decor you can choose from and they even had surf board style serving trays which was a nice touch. The team that serviced our party were all incredible. I received positive comments from guests on the service they provided. They helped in whatever way they could and did so in a very professional way. Thank you for making it a wonderful event! Threw a last minute holiday party(2 weeks notice) for 35. The Occasions staff helped plan the menu, set up staffing and efficiently set up on our date. Great selection of passed and stations of appetizers , set up a kitchen in our driveway for hot food and had 2 staff that served and bartended. The cost was very reasonable and a great value. Best of all the cleanup was terrific . Highly reccomended.

She was incredibly organized during the entire planning process. Her demeanor and communication skills put me at ease right from the very start. I felt confident in what she was doing. Not only did she take on the role of organizing catering for us; given how much she knew of our wedding venue; she even took on the role of layouts for each of our events in coordination with our wedding planner.She helped us coordinate with event rents for all our rental needs. She helped prepare labels for our tables and all the food served during the events,including the details of the Indian food served which she had to independently research. All the events of our wedding went smoothly as the staff was hardworking, efficient, and friendly.The food delivered from Occasions was delicious. Katie also worked very well with our Indian caterer who provided Indian meals for all our events. Thank you Occasions catering and a special shout out to Katie.
