Love this place! The service, the food, the wine are all so enjoyable! Excellent meal every time so I highly recommend One Barrel

Nice staff. Food wasn't anything special. Risotto was kind of bland as well as the crab stuffed cod. Saw other people with salads and burgers which looked good.

One Barrel is our neighborhood fine dining restaurant. We have been coming here since they opened and it has always been a good experience. It is a good atmosphere and service is exceptional. I would highly recommend it for a couples night out, dinner with friends or just a relaxing evening.

One Barrel never disappoints. Starting with happy hour sangrias to Pot de Creme for dessert. We were celebrating our anniversary and Kathryn was excellent in celebrating with us, bringing complimentary champagne. The stuffed crab sole was excellent and we'd order it again. Great restaurant.

A nice quiet spot for an appetizer and a drink at the bar. The calamari was well cooked with a light, crispy, well seasoned exterior and tender interior. I ordered a Gibson, but the dry martini I ended up with was great since the bar didn't stock cocktail onions.
The brief conversation with some of the staff was pleasant, and the wine advice I overheard given to other patrons was knowledgeable and led to good wine selection.
I look forward to going back to try a flight and more of the menu.

This is a decent restaurant, and has a great wine selection, but seems undiscovered or under-appreciated. I hope more people will try it out.

We were in the Denver area recently and found One Barrel in Englewood while we were out looking for a place to have lunch. We had the calamari with some crazy good sauce, and the Italian Grinder. Off the charts good! Ended up chatting with the owner, Jamie, and couldn't help but notice and say how much we appreciated a restaurant where the owner and staff truly care about their craft and service. So many restaurants simply don't care about the food that comes out of their kitchen, but not One Barrel - you can taste their pride and dedication to what they do. Just amazing. We'll be back in the area soon and will definitely be returning to One Barrel to try other dishes on their excellent menu. Thank you Jamie for a wonderful experience.

We come to this restaurant regularly! The staff is excellent & provides very good service. The food is always well made & I can have a light meal or something more substantial - lots of options.

Great food, drinks, and atmosphere! The owner is wonderful. Loved the steak, apps, and patio vibes. Perfect spot for drinks and bites—dog-friendly too. Highly recommend One Barrel!

A favorite spot of ours. Food is very good and so is the service. The pork chop entree is outstanding; the meat is tasty and moist and the succotash side dish is unusual and a great accompaniment. Also, a very nice wine list.

Foods need salt, when we salted our meals, the food was really good. Service seemed tired. Kids and a baby at the bar, tables and chairs scattered, no music playing. Could be an A plus. We will be back to give another try.

We went here for happy hour, and we left very disappointed. We both got the house red & white wine and they were really not great. The jalapeño artichoke dip was greasy and bland and the house burger was really bad :( Very overdone, bland, and overpriced! The fries were the only good thing, but I think they just seemed good in comparison to the other items. Unfortunately not a great ambiance either… 3/10 experience!

We enjoyed our time at this restaurant. It was not crowded but it was a nice atmosphere. Food was really good and the service was exceptional, for only having one person on duty. We will go back soon.
