normalize going out for a couple drinks and not getting treated like trash by the waiter cause she thinks she’s not gonna get a good tip. Won’t be back despite enjoying this spot previously.

Service was really slow. Not even that busy on Friday night and we waited 20 minutes for entrees and 20 minutes for desert so I finally stood up and asked for the bill. Mousse was meh but the entrees and tuna carpaccio was good despite being under seasoned.

The owner of the establishment (Jamie (sorry if misspelled)) was both present and focused on improving the business, from quality of product, to company culture. Can’t recommend more for this area. As someone who has been in this industry for a long time, please support this business and their incredible dedication toward food/hospitality in this competitive area.

Repeat customer. The friendly and knowledgeable staff make this a 5. Great selection and variety of wine, along with great cocktails and beers on tap. The GSM rotating "wine of the moment" was an excellent pairing for our Denver Restaurant Week selection this visit. We have been pleasantly impressed with the quality and variety and seasonal food dishes and drinks.Parking: Limited free parking shared with other businesses.Wheelchair accessibility: ADA compliant
We discovered One Barrel due entirely to the Denver Restuarant Week promotion. We had a thoroughly enjoyable evening, largely due to the superb service and delicious meal, but also because we were treated like valued long-time clients, despite it being our first visit.

The fresh pasta is delicious and spot on, the steak is cooked to perfection but my burger which I asked for rare/medium-rare was burnt on the edges and dry in the center. I didn't bring it up but the thin slice of brie and caramelized onions were only on a 1/3 of it so for $21 it felt a little overpriced. Cocktails looked great but lacked some depth. With the only online menus, it was interesting not having a QR code at the table

First time visiting after a recommendation from a friend. Cute neighborhood spot. Nice vibe. Enjoyed crab cakes and jalapeno artichoke dip apps. Chicken schnitzel, homemade tagliatelle and corn and green chilie risotto were entrees. Very flavorful and well presented. Will be back.

We conveniently walked down to this cute bistro from our home during lunchtime and enjoyed the great happy hour specials. Food was delicious and the service was awesome. The only unfortunate thing was that my boyfriend ordered the special bison soup and it was bland and could have more to it because it tasted like chicken stock (reason for 4 stars). Other than that, we will definitely be coming back again for the sandwiches and drinks.
