The food isnt very consistent, some days its good others it requires a bit of choking down. The steamed rice is almost always hard though. Got "beef" and broccoli one time and i dont think i got a complete piece of beef in the entire serving. Itll do in a pinch here.

Christian helped me today in the drive through and was extremely disrespectful when he spoke to us and then made us wait 10 minutes in the middle of our order before we even made it to the window. When i got back home i opened my food and there was 2 pieces of beef in it. i called the store and christian picked up i told him what happened and then he said to bad and hung up the phone.

The food was good and great service but the disgusting incident I observed makes me want to never come back… I went to the bathroom and there was an employee pooping. (Not the issue) I walked out of the stall to wash my hands. She also walked out but I washed my hands first SHE DID NOT. She just left the bathroom! And yes it really is a big problem amoeba is in human poop and causes people to get sick! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS RESTAURANT! To the managers please make a point to employees this is crazy…

Something is changing at this location. My meal had three pieces of orange chicken in the bowl. Of course, I didn't realize until I got home and opened it. Things aren't consistent. The staff is not as polite or friendly, and quality have drastically gone downhill.

We were waiting to be served and no one was serving us, it seemed like there was enough staff to give us our food, but it seems that doing something else is more important than customer service, they need people who are willing to work, and committed to customer service, this is not the first time this has happened to us, they should replace their employees if they do not want to work, we had to leave because no one attended to us, I will never return to this horrible place.

Food gave all who ate with me a terrible stomach ache for many many hours after eating and the food was not flavorful at all. We will not be eating at this location ever again.
I made a simple order orange chicken broccoli beef and fries rice... When I got home I opened my order to find fried rice a crazy amount of rice filling and overflowing all the compartments no beef no chicken no meat... And unusually dry I then drove back explained what I ordered and what I received I was told that I wouldn't be getting any broccoli beef and that they would give me a large container of when chicken... They did give me a large container of orange chicken but the entire experience has led me to avoid this Panda Express location entirely. If zero stars were an option I would.

I bought sesame chicken with fried rice but unfortunately I got home and it would've been too late to bring it back and get my order correct but I get home to find out that I got sesame chicken with noodles instead. Normally don't have this issue but they literally handed my order with noodles instead of rice and I didn't think twice to check it because I come here quite often. It's pretty sad so now I'm gonna have to check my order before leaving.

This location is good at never giving you the full order this is the second time that I ordered online 2 meals with fried rice, orange chicken and beef & broccoli. I get home with my order just to find out that one of my meals is missing the beef & broccoli, and the other one missing the orange chicken, this is not ok with me they charge me for the full amount and i only get half of the food?
