Pretty disappointed with their broccoli cheddar soup at this location. It tasted way different than other ones I’ve been too. Extremely watered down, hardly any of the full flavors I’m used to. I also got a BLT which was fine. I’m just so disappointed in the soup.

ordered the chicken roma asiago bagel sandwich bc i love their green goddess dressing. welp, the sandwich was swimming in their aioli and missing the green goddess dressing. didn’t get a spoon for my soup. the sandwich was so messy i didn’t even end up eating it. the bread was so soggy. i’ll be cleaning this mess up for a while now. wouldn’t recommend going to this location - picking up my mobile orders has been a hassle. i get you’re trying to keep our food safe but why is it a hassle to get the food i’ve already paid for. don’t feel like the place is clean. won’t be back!

I ordered my food on 12/03/24 the missed an item that i ordered. When i called (since i'm at work) to let them know. Scott not sure if its a shift lead or manager decide to abrupt hang up for just saying my name and when i came into the store. I'm giving a one star because it not timely manner that should important but your quality control. I don't want a refund or the item that i'm missing. Just want y'all to do better at double checking the order correctly.

I’ve lived in this area for about 5 years now and this location seemed pretty good, but has gradually gotten worse and worse. At least 70% of the time, there is a problem such as: unnecessary delay in preparing order (the place is rarely busy when I go to pick up my orders, and there are always enough employees, so whatever is going on has nothing to do with that), food is put together sloppy (my fault for getting pick-up orders from the app, I guess the employees know that they can get away with very little effort in putting the sandwiches together), running out of a food item or ingredient (if they run out of a certain cheese for your sandwich, you have pay extra for a different cheese or just not get cheese; also I’ve been there 3 times when they have run out of French baguettes and 2 times when they are out of a certain bagel, which all seem pretty basic for a place that specializes in bagels and bread), or straight up inaccuracy (I have received the wrong sandwich before (luckily no one ever, ever labels them so it was a surprise when I got home), or ingredients are just not included at all, like cheese and egg on a breakfast sandwich, or sauce on the bbq sandwich, both of which have happened to me recently. All of this would be fine if they were charging fast-food prices – because this is definitely fast-food drive-thru quality of service. How about you focus on some basics before expanding your menu just to charge more for less.
And if you fill out one of their surveys and/or contact management, they don’t want to just give you a refund or credit to your app account, instead they send you a coupon that basically says “this is a coupon because you complained, we’re sorry” – so I can present that to the employees and maybe they can take the next step and actually spit in my food? Oh thanks, how generous!

Order bread bowl, got home with the order NO BREAD BOWL. Get charged extra for it, but they but soup in a cup with a lid. NOT TOO HAPPY about it. Guess thats what you for ordering online and picking up. Best check your order is correct before leaving this location. ?
