Even though it wasn’t a busy place, the staff were extremely slow. I thanked the long-haired, bearded employee who prepared my soup, but he didn’t even look at me. The soup was also ice cold. This is the worst Panera Bread I’ve ever been to. Overall, the staff here have a very negative attitude toward customers.

None of the workers helped me when I came in everyone just looked at me and I had to order on the kiosk. The kiosk was way more expensive. They messed up my salad too! Don’t recommend.

Walked in to place my order, no one at the counter(s). A couple of minutes later, the caterer (with fulhands for a catering order) took my order and let me know someone woukdbe right with me. She walked her catering order out, walked back in. Still, no one at the counter. However, the 2 workers were in the back talking. One, eventually came up to the sandwich station. No greet, no acknowledgement. Sje made my sandwich, put it on the counter and walked away. Absolutely pathetic! You need to restart with all new staff (except for the caterer). No one in the store, just a couple of employees getting a paycheck for doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! Baguettes weren't made, bread packing in the sandwich station, wide open to dry out. Paneta, you used to be quality! Get with the program...I will not be back! Zero stars atmosphere, negative stars, service!
The new italian and mozzarella sandwich is delicious, but this is not ciabbatta bread

I’m really upset the past few times I’ve order through the pick up option my order has came wrong and or has issues with it being burnt and or small or just not so good looking and today which is why I’m really writing this was how I was treated I asked for my pick up order and they guy walked passed it TWICE there was only two orders btw and then when I finally received it I asked him if there was any drinks or anything with the order ( double order so I didn’t know ) and he just walked away saying have a good day ? I didn’t say that I asked a question I know I might sound really unreasonable but the place was empty! At least could have heard what I said and gave me my order as soon as I said my name mind you ONLY TWO orders were for pick up mine and someone else’s… I’m very disappointed is the service I receive here
