They were out of an item and offered a suitable replacement with hood customer service. The manager was right there but they didn't even have to ask... they just fixed it. No pushback. Just really good customer service. Good people make a difference. They also have outlets and small business people come here often to work. Repeat business matters. Thank you to my local Panera!

The food was awesome. What was truly spectacular was the customer service I received from a manager named Martain. When several items were not in my order when I returned to my office, he made it right by not only listening to my complaint but refunding the total of what was missing, when making me the missing items and tossing me a few more for my trouble. I appreciate that and its rare. Keep up the good my Martain!

Placed a delivery order through the app. and was missing part of the order. Called and was told they couldn’t issue a refund unless I came in-person. Asked for a manager who said he couldn’t process the refund - then why are you a manager?? I instead asked for a new delivery with the missing item and was told they couldn’t issue a new order. Lazy staff who didn’t want to deal with the issue that they created by not putting the item in the delivery bag and instead said I could talk to the General Manager when they were in next. Never getting delivery from here again!

I stopped in here to pick up an online order for a customer. It was a pretty good-sized order, so I'm very thankful for the option to order ahead of time online (ordered the night before for 30 people). The order was made perfect and accurate. Huge shout out to Samantha for the excellent customer service and assistance! It's great to still experience great customer service! Thank you, Panera, and thank you, Samantha! You made my customer thankful and pleased with everything!

If I could leave zero stars I would. This place sucks. The staff is lazy & sucks. They did not put 2 soups that I ordered in my bag. I always check before I leave. When I went to let them know the lady right away said with an attitude that she put it in my bag. (If it was in my bag I wouldn’t have gone to tell them anything) the other worker asks to check my bag and I give it to him… come to find out no soups ??♀️. What a shocker. The lady didn’t even want to look me in the eye after that & couldn’t even apologize to me. Like I was the inconvenience to her ?. For sure never coming back to this location.

Panera doesn't even deserve one star. I ordered 3 soufflé for breakfast one of them was completely raw and the other two were grossly undercooked. Panarra has gotten so expensive and the food you get is so miniscule. The food looks nothing like the pictures in the restaurant. Isay it's false advertising or bait and switch. They don't even make sure the food is fully cooked. It use to be a nice place to go but now you have to take out a second mortgage to eat there.
