Very poor service. I placed a large order for a holiday party at a local animal shelter. They did not include one of the pizzas that was listed a paid for on the receipt. Called right away since the pizza missing was for a staff member with dairy allergies. They said they would make it asap and deliver it. Never did. Called back without success. Had a call into the location right after the event to get it refunded, no response. Entered a formal case online and still no resolution - this has been going on for many weeks.

Told them to hand me the pizza but never got a door knock, no call, didnt even know the pizza was left on the ground outside my door.. called the delivery driver 5 times with no answer then called the store who forwarded the call to the delivery driver. To my surprise he didnt answer again🤣🤣

My order was on time and exactly as I ordered. We loved it, and we swear it tastes better than other Papa John's we have ate at. When I was there, I got great customer service from Casey, Dainen, and Jamie. They were very friendly and professional. The store was very clean. I will definitely be back to this store, and suggest this for anyone else looking for great pizza in the area.

This is my third time ordering from my local Papa Johns and let’s just say I don’t think I will be ordering there again. The first time I ordered everything turned out great and I was excited about being able to order from Papa Johns closer to me the second time I ordered they got everything right but my husband‘s part of the dinner which had bacon, even though we asked him not to put it on there this time, however when we got our food, everything was completely destroyed like someone had threw the pizza box I tried to call the store itself to get the problem resolved, and no one answered the phone even though I called six times in a row. So much for a stay at home mom just trying to feed her kids.

Avoid this Papa John's location at all costs! Their chronic staffing shortages force them to rely on DoorDash for deliveries, resulting in consistently poor experiences. Our most recent order arrived ice cold because they failed to use a pizza sleeve during the DoorDash delivery. To add insult to injury, the store is completely unresponsive; after five attempts, no one answers the phone, and the "manager" line repeatedly disconnects.
This isn't an isolated incident. Our previous order from this location, also delivered via DoorDash, arrived with two completely mangled pizzas (and undercooked, to boot). This level of incompetence by the store owner and store management is unacceptable. Management clearly doesn't care about quality or customer service. We're done with this Papa John's. From now on, it's Domino's (or literally anywhere else besides here).

Everytime we order here something is messed up but since it's so close to our house we make do. Until this time. We ordered honey chipolte boneless wings and received unsauced chicken nuggets basically. Tried calling them and have been hung up on twice.
I have been ordering pizza from this papa johns for many many years!!! We ordered pizza today it is very undercooked very sloppy overall just disgusting! I am so disappointed and feel like i just wasted 65$ my order was also delivered by doordash with no doing of my own!!!

Was just in there to get pizzas and one of them is doughy and undercooked. The other is way over sauced and the cheese isn’t melted but also somehow melted….?? I don’t even understand lmao.
The people inside were friendly enough just the product was awful. Disappointed.

Ordered a pizza tonight. It arrived cold and not cooked. Called back and the guy told me it was cooked and door dash messed it up.
We needed a cooked pizza delivered. That’s not what we got. My husband just ordered a pizza from a Whole Foods. Tip: much better and faster to get it yourself. I could have made a pizza myself in the amount of time it took. So much for a night off…

Tonight I ordered a pizza, wings, and cheese sticks at 830 pm with a pickup time of 911-922 pm. I ran to pick up some other things before I got there when I arrived at 9:27 pm and when I did get there, the entire store was closed, lights were out, and an employee was walking out with three boxes (presumably by the store’s employee).
When I tried to call neighboring stores, the next closest one informed me that their district manager decided to close that store at 9:00 pm.
This is unacceptable to mark a customer’s order as picked up and walk out with it. I will hesitate before considering placing an order at this location again.

Ordered a pizza last night and wanted to tip cash to my driver. There isn’t a box to check for cash tip so I just waited for my driver so I could give it to them at the door. Pizza showed up more than 20 minutes after original estimated time and when delivered I didn’t have time to even get up the stairs before they had left it on the porch cold. I had asked for specifics like light sauce and well done let’s not speak of the mushrooms I paid to add I think I saw 4 but no one would know from the amount of sauce that dripped off the pizza from the dough that was barely baked lol! $25 for the pizza that was absolute trash.. Let me add the only reason I didn’t go pick it up myself is because the last time I did from this specific location an employee was selling pills to another guy right next to the store door not parking lot next to the store I walked past them as I entered. So please save yourself money and time and do NOT waste it with this establishment. Papa should not be proud. I waited months to re order from them again and this is what I get.
