This is my third time ordering from my local Papa Johns and let’s just say I don’t think I will be ordering there again. The first time I ordered everything turned out great and I was excited about being able to order from Papa Johns closer to me the second time I ordered they got everything right but my husband‘s part of the dinner which had bacon, even though we asked him not to put it on there this time, however when we got our food, everything was completely destroyed like someone had threw the pizza box I tried to call the store itself to get the problem resolved, and no one answered the phone even though I called six times in a row. So much for a stay at home mom just trying to feed her kids.

Avoid this Papa John's location at all costs! Their chronic staffing shortages force them to rely on DoorDash for deliveries, resulting in consistently poor experiences. Our most recent order arrived ice cold because they failed to use a pizza sleeve during the DoorDash delivery. To add insult to injury, the store is completely unresponsive; after five attempts, no one answers the phone, and the "manager" line repeatedly disconnects.
This isn't an isolated incident. Our previous order from this location, also delivered via DoorDash, arrived with two completely mangled pizzas (and undercooked, to boot). This level of incompetence by the store owner and store management is unacceptable. Management clearly doesn't care about quality or customer service. We're done with this Papa John's. From now on, it's Domino's (or literally anywhere else besides here).

Everytime we order here something is messed up but since it's so close to our house we make do. Until this time. We ordered honey chipolte boneless wings and received unsauced chicken nuggets basically. Tried calling them and have been hung up on twice.

I have been ordering pizza from this papa johns for many many years!!! We ordered pizza today it is very undercooked very sloppy overall just disgusting! I am so disappointed and feel like i just wasted 65$ my order was also delivered by doordash with no doing of my own!!!

Was just in there to get pizzas and one of them is doughy and undercooked. The other is way over sauced and the cheese isn’t melted but also somehow melted….?? I don’t even understand lmao.

Ordered a pizza tonight. It arrived cold and not cooked. Called back and the guy told me it was cooked and door dash messed it up.
We needed a cooked pizza delivered. That’s not what we got. My husband just ordered a pizza from a Whole Foods. Tip: much better and faster to get it yourself. I could have made a pizza myself in the amount of time it took. So much for a night off…

Tonight I ordered a pizza, wings, and cheese sticks at 830 pm with a pickup time of 911-922 pm. I ran to pick up some other things before I got there when I arrived at 9:27 pm and when I did get there, the entire store was closed, lights were out, and an employee was walking out with three boxes (presumably by the store’s employee).
When I tried to call neighboring stores, the next closest one informed me that their district manager decided to close that store at 9:00 pm.
This is unacceptable to mark a customer’s order as picked up and walk out with it. I will hesitate before considering placing an order at this location again.

Ordered a pizza last night and wanted to tip cash to my driver. There isn’t a box to check for cash tip so I just waited for my driver so I could give it to them at the door. Pizza showed up more than 20 minutes after original estimated time and when delivered I didn’t have time to even get up the stairs before they had left it on the porch cold. I had asked for specifics like light sauce and well done let’s not speak of the mushrooms I paid to add I think I saw 4 but no one would know from the amount of sauce that dripped off the pizza from the dough that was barely baked lol! $25 for the pizza that was absolute trash.. Let me add the only reason I didn’t go pick it up myself is because the last time I did from this specific location an employee was selling pills to another guy right next to the store door not parking lot next to the store I walked past them as I entered. So please save yourself money and time and do NOT waste it with this establishment. Papa should not be proud. I waited months to re order from them again and this is what I get.

I have ordered delivery from them before and never have any issues, speedy delivery, and always tasty!
Today I walked in around 4:30 8/10/24 and 3 people were working. Super friendly immediately when I walked in. They mentioned unfortunately they won't be open til 5, as they just found out their General Manager just up and quit and they are setting up the store right now. I want to commend the workers that were there for being so friendly and positive despite what they walked in with to their shift. I said no worries, I'll come back. I ended up getting some food down the street, but this doesn't ruin anything for me. I will be coming back to them, because of how positive and friendly the staff is and handled that. They did not freak out when I walked in, they welcomed me in and told me what I was looking at. Honesty. I work down off Leetsdale, and the one over there is a train wreck. This is my new spot, dispite the plot twists, they handled it AMAZING. I had to leave a good review! Give those 3 a raise!

My wife ordered pizza for our family to celebrate her business opening and spent over $80 and the order (vegetarian pizza) came with pepperoni. When we called to get the order fixed the manager told us they couldn’t do anything about it because we ordered through a third party app and they took no responsibility for their mistake in putting meat on a vegetarian pizza that on the box order label said vegetarian. My wife couldn’t eat the one thing she ordered for her and we ended up giving it to a homeless man ( who was extremely happy to get it) To say the least this location will never get our business again!!!!

This location of Papa John's SUCKS!! I'll never ever order my pizza from here again! The first time I ordered a pizza from here was June 11th 2021. And for whatever reason? My order never went through?! Then yesterday I ordered the cheeseburger pizza with buffalo wings, And it took me an hour and a half to get my order. Then when I tried to pay for my pizza and give the delivery guy a small tip because he didn't deserve even the 10% tip didn't even speak English. But he spoke well enough to inform me that he didn't have change. My order came out to $29.40. I handed him 40 and asked for $8 back to which spoke English well enough to say that he didn't have change! Thankfully I did have a $10 bill and only gave him $30 for my order! I'm not going to tip a guy $10 for being an hour and a half late! GTFOH!! This is the worst Papa John's location ever!! Not only will I never order from Papa John's again but I'll definitely never ever order from this Papa John's location!
