I recently had an absolutely appalling experience with Papa John's that I feel compelled to share. I ordered a pizza bowl through Uber Eats, and what arrived was nothing short of a robbery – an empty box containing only a couple of sad dipping sauces. That's it. No food. The Uber Eats driver was fantastic and, thankfully, drove back to the Papa John's location so I could speak to the manager. What I encountered was beyond disappointing. The manager's response was, "We've never sent out an empty box. It was not our fault." The box arrived at my door with a sealed tape, making it clear it hadn't been tampered with after leaving the restaurant. It felt like the manager was implying we were lying! Despite my attempts to explain the situation, the manager was completely dismissive and insisted it wasn't their problem. He simply told me to contact Uber Eats for a refund. This is unacceptable! How can a restaurant send out an empty box and then refuse to take any responsibility? It's a complete scam, and I'm incredibly frustrated with their lack of customer service. I will not be ordering from Papa John's again, and I strongly advise others to be wary.

As a Finance person, I would inform you not to waste time or your money ordering from this location. I placed an online order, was provided tracking information. Received an email saying the order was delivered, only it was not delivered to my address.
Of course I called the store to explain that my order was not delivered to me, and was told that the driver had just left, and was hung up on. The situation was not addressed, I had to call into the customer service number for the Papa Johns corporation.
If you wish to spend such money at a location, be sure to make sure your order actually makes it to you, and not order from somewhere that does not care if you received it or not. Humanity seems to get worse these days. You never know who someone works for.

I ordered this pizza through the uber eats app. The goods were transported for 40 minutes. But the most important thing is that the pizzeria shop always makes a mistake and sends me a thin crust pizza instead of a thick one. And the pizza store never puts security stickers on the box that the pizza delivery guy could easily open the box without me even knowing about it!

If you are trying to get a job here don't the General Manager is a 23 year old that likes to berate employees younger than him. He can't keep good employees turnover is high and the way he talks to you is disrespectful. After refusing to change my story three times I realized that it was time to leave. He didn't care what I was telling him and I refused to be his yes man.
