I am not too sure who is making the food but every time I order from this location pizza is made wrong or is burnt. The cinnamon sticks are always stuck to the box and end up ripping apart. My favorite pizza is the handmade pan. That’s the only one I order and every time I order I never received the right pizza. This place needs to hire a new staff. Not to mention I pay extra for my pizzas and I don’t even get the right ones and no one’s offering me a refund.

Shift lead named Denise, pretending to be store manager wasting time when I'm just looking for my refund regional. bug the store workers who are great at their job like the Alma, she's amazing! But whoever this new one is a) has major attitude problems b) will argue c) seems nosey. Idk how yall train the leads anymore but obvious to me that you dont. I just want my refund and this lady made it her mission to get in the way and get mad I wasn't looking for her but her management. Will speak to corporate and regionals.

I guess it’s not this specific pizza huts fault but I ordered my pizza through the pizza hut app, waited like 45 minutes and checked the app, said the pizza was delivered. I never got it. I called and they said they use door dash to deliver some orders and that I needed to call door dash to get the issue resolved. Called door dash and they said they had no record of my order. Not really sure why I have to deal with door dash now, I’m not the one who involved them.

So I’d like to start by saying that I think this Pizza Hut is great, it’s very unfortunate they deliver through DoorDash as it’s my only reason for dropping a star. I had a terrible DoorDash delivery, but Pizza Hut did what was important and made it right. Morning manager Deneen (I think that’s the spelling) immediately gave credit and a very sincere apology. I definitely recommend but pickup only.

Called to get two large 1 topping pizza they asked for 34$ I said aren’t you guys doing the deal 1 topping for 9.99 which he replied the owner told the employees to only offer the deal if they ask pretty cheap if you ask me I understand your a franchise store if you can’t do what corporation says maybe don’t franchise with them and open your own pizza spot. Cheap owner will not return

Wish they put everything in the order. I order from here a couple times a month and generally have an alright experience, pay for one pizza and get one pizza. But then I decide to spend more money, get a few extra items and get it delivered so I don't have to remove the snow off my car and what happens they forget part of my order, I can't get mad at the kid who delivered, he said that's all they gave me I just pick the order, and he is right, the restaurant should give him the full order. Very annoying.

Charged 2 separate delivery fees, one if which called a del ref fee, and then they outsourced the delivery to Door dash, had the dasher sitting there for over 30 minutes. And then one of the pizzas was completely wrong
