Wish they put everything in the order. I order from here a couple times a month and generally have an alright experience, pay for one pizza and get one pizza. But then I decide to spend more money, get a few extra items and get it delivered so I don't have to remove the snow off my car and what happens they forget part of my order, I can't get mad at the kid who delivered, he said that's all they gave me I just pick the order, and he is right, the restaurant should give him the full order. Very annoying.

Charged 2 separate delivery fees, one if which called a del ref fee, and then they outsourced the delivery to Door dash, had the dasher sitting there for over 30 minutes. And then one of the pizzas was completely wrong

The delivery was fast and hot! I The boneless wings are great!The driver was professional and kind. I paid cash and provided him a great tip because I know how hard they work. Food delivery is an luxury for us so we don't have to cook! I am happy with this pizza hut. I will order again from them!

Picked up my order, asked to PAY for a side of banana peppers. And the gentleman with a beard that is 45+ years old and sick of his job because he's still works at a pizza shop give the worst attitude I have had all year. I work customer service and have been doing so for the last 14 years. If you don't like your job go get a new one. I am officially not going to enjoy my dinner because I couldn't even order what I wanted online and then the attitude in the store was ridiculous. If you would have been nicer, I would have just been nice, I would've given you a joint or two and a smile. Don't be an @$$hole. Misery loves company I guess for you.

Bought 2 pizzas and they still wanted to charge for cheese and peppers. This franchise probably charges for napkins as well.
We use the Pizza Hut Ap a few times a month, typically on nights that we work late. The ap is tuned into our location, so it's not uncommon for us to order from unfamiliar Pizza Hut locations. We haven't had a good experience at the 4100 s. Broadway Pizza Hut in several attempts. It's a trip to me that location can reveal such a vast difference in food quality. We've ordered exactly the wesame 3 topping taste maker at other locations and were delighted with the quality of the meal so much that we flipped a coin to determine the recipient of the last slice, but our recent experience was far different. Soggy, undercooked, and bearly warm, our taste maker had us flipping a coin to determine who would be calling the Pizza Pretenders to procure a new pie.
