For some time now, the cashier has been putting a tip on our order without giving us a choice. The extra charge is on the receipt and no one asked. That is stealing.

The last time, August 17, 2025, after being charged extra, without my permission, I had to wipe down my own table. The dining room was filthy. There were no clean tables. The staff saw me wiping down my own table and said nothing. *** WHAT WAS THE FORCED TIP FOR? *** Thieves!

I don't like their competition's food. But I'm not eating at Qdoba for a long time after this. Steal from me? Then I have to wipe down a table and the filthy chairs? No thanks. Chipole has my business now.

Update 10/8: I guess no one at this store cares. The clandestine tip has to be stopped. Still not eating there.

Update 10/29: seems like the management only responds to positive reviews. You would think with the public getting burned out on the forced tip culture that they would fix the stealing and acknowledge it. If the staff adds $2 to every item and they do 300 items a day, that's $600 they stolen from customers. You would think someone would notice the theft going on. 100% of the customers don't leave a 20% tip for food we have to carry to the table ourselves.

They may not appear to be the fanciest restaurant out there, but they have been so great to me every time I've been there. When I'm sad or when I'm celebrating, they have always made me feel more than welcome. 10 outta 10, I will ONLY have my Qdoba from this location! Keep up the amazing job you guys do!! 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜

Taco soup? Tortillas soggy. More tomatoes than anything else. The staff was polite and friendly.

I have gone to this location several times over the years and every time the rice is crunchy/overcooked. Englewood location is better

Both my partner and I are closers at our jobs so there aren’t many places that we can pick up food from. Tonight we placed an order to be picked up at 9:50 but I ran into some circumstances closing and ended up making it there at 10:01 a minute after close. As soon as the workers saw my headlights they quickly turned off the lights and began their closing procedures. Which I absolutely understand, what I can’t wrap my head around is why everyone inside ignored me signaling at the door that I wanted to grab the bag of food left at the pick up counter. They went to such extents of ignoring me that they would take unnatural turns around corners and tables to avoid eye contact. After about 10 minutes of attempting to signal that all I wanted was my to go bag, I took my ball and went home. If that was all I wouldn’t leave this review, I attempted to cancel the order on the Qdoba website. Which they allowed; however, they declined to refund me my money. Which feels like a really odd pay off. 20-30 dollars to look at my food and become the phantom of the Qdoba parking lot. I would like my money back please. Atmosphere was nice though.

I go to this Qdoba not for sustenance, but to test the limits of human engineering and moral sanity. I order a burrito so egregiously large, it should come with a liability waiver and an exorcist. We’re talking double steak, a biblical flood of beans, rice measured in cubic meters, and so much weight the counter sags when they roll it.

Most places would call the cops. Or a priest. But not this Qdoba.

No. These absolute warriors welcome me like I’m a regular at a Fight Club for carbohydrates. They don’t flinch. They don’t judge. Sometimes it takes two employees and a whispered prayer in Latin to close it, and they STILL smile and ask how my day’s going. They remember personal details about my life — which means they’re not just burrito artisans, they’re emotional support shamans.

This crew? Legends. Heroes. Victims of my black hole burrito, yes — but brave ones.

If you’re looking for a place where you can live without shame, where your food can double as a blunt-force weapon, where customer service meets psychological resilience, this is it.

Five stars. No not

Came here a few times before a shift in Englewood. I really like their shrimp burrito. But the last few times they didn’t have shrimp ready. They told me they don’t have it ready because I’m the only one who eats it around that time and they can only have it out for 1 hour after they cook it. So I was on my way over there again today and I called ahead of time. Someone named Tristan answered. I told them that I am on my way over and asked if they could throw some shrimp on the grill for me. He hung up. I will not be back to this location.

Ordered tacos for my grandson and myself, they were all smashed together and rolled up in the same foil. I've ordered tacos before and they have been placed in a container which is a lot better!
