QDOBA Mexican Eats

Came here a few times before a shift in Englewood. I really like their shrimp burrito. But the last few times they didn’t have shrimp ready. They told me they don’t have it ready because I’m the only one who eats it around that time and they can only have it out for 1 hour after they cook it. So I was on my way over there again today and I called ahead of time. Someone named Tristan answered. I told them that I am on my way over and asked if they could throw some shrimp on the grill for me. He hung up. I will not be back to this location.

Ordered tacos for my grandson and myself, they were all smashed together and rolled up in the same foil. I've ordered tacos before and they have been placed in a container which is a lot better!

Everytime I go the portions are smaller and smaller and still the same price. I took two bites and there is barely any rice and beans just because it's a vegetarian option doesn't mean it should be empty.

We ordered online and picked up in store. My tortilla soup was a naked burrito and a small cup of the soupwhich honestly tasted terrible. Something was definitely wrong with the soup. The other burritos that we ordered were missing the cheese and sour cream. And honestly, the food just tasted off. Honestly super disappointed.

Audrey was super pleasant and greeted me with eye contact. I liked her attitude so much, I asked her to make my lime steak bowl as she would make hers! She seemed surprised at first but made it “Audrey’s” way for me. Truly fun and most delicious experience! Thank you

Ordered from here for a catered wedding event and they wouldn’t fulfill my order when we showed up even though they had plenty of notice. Extremely disappointing.

This location is not handicap accessible. The front door is so heavy and doesn't have a push button. The staff have been friendly and the food is good.

Wheelchair accessibility: This location is not easily accessible and the parking lot is a bit dangerous with cars driving too fast around blind corners.

The person who made my quesadilla didn’t pay attention at all to what he was doing and the meat was just piled in the middle and the girl with a braid filled up my queso barely half way it’s almost $20 for those two and they couldn’t even make it properly??
