I come into this location once a week and get nachos to go. It’s always great and the male general manager is always a gem and so polite. Apparently he was on vacation today and I do not appreciate the way I was treated. I ALWAYS expect to pay if I ask for extra items. The lady preparing my food gave my a dirty look when I asked for extra queso, even though I said I would pay extra for it.Then when I got to payment, the bag of chips I got was very light compared to usual, I simply asked if I could have a few more and the lady ringing me up said, you only get 1 scoop. When I informed her the manager always provides a heaping scoop she rebutted with a “he’s not supposed to” like really, you’re saying the “manager” isn’t suppose to treat his customers with appreciation. I will happily change my review if the manager personally responds to this, and in the future if he is not working I will leave. Grow up and act mature, if somebody asks for extra just politely say there’s an additional fee and most people won’t budge. You don’t need to make them feel bad for wanting their food a certain way.

I like this location and the workers there are nice. My issue is that the tomatoes and corn can look dry and old sometimes which make it very unappealing to eat. I’m guessing they prep them too far in advance so the tomatoes start to break down too fast when out to serve.

When I was walking in there were 2 ladies behind the counter one was eating, The other person behind the counter was sweeping the floor. When I walked up she put the broom down and walked over to put on some clothes. I stopped her and and asked, do you mind washing your hands?" She looked hesitant and kind of upset that I had asked, but she did. She comes from around the corner as if she had washed her hands with gloves on. I was a little suspicious about the activity, so I asked her if she could please change her gloves one more time for my peace of mind. By the look on her face, I could tell she did not want to do that, but she still did. After she completed making my food, she overcharged me for food that I did not get. When I pointed it out to her, she seemed flustered and tried to give me my money back. But the time frame that I had would not allow me to wait for her. So I asked her. Would it be easier for her to give me some chips? Instead of refunding me my $3 and she agreed. The point of the story is that she should have the knowledge to wash her hands directly after sweeping the floor and prepping someone's food. I would have just left, but it was the only time for my break.Vegetarian options: No much here they did not have impossible meat prepare. So, I had to opt for all veggies.

Two amazing gentleman behind the counter and a helpful and quick cook! They welcomed every customer that came in and left, wishing everyone a good day after checkout. They were thorough about whay you needed and wanted. Fast service. The food was great and was well prepared. Clean and comfortable atmosphere. Very pleased with this experience.Dietary restrictions: As someone that has gluten and Lactose intolerance, this place is great and makes it easy to build a delicious meal.Cannot say anything about celiac needs.

Every time I come here the same employee takes my order and every time it's a struggle. Seems like a language barrier, but at this point it's not an excuse anymore. I come in every week and every week it's a hassle. This is the closest one to me and has the best food for sure, but dealing with employees who don't understand "hard shell tacos please" and stare at you like you're not from this world is extremely annoying. Today a new employee took the first part of my order and literally got cheese all over the container and had no idea why I was unhappy about that when I asked multiple times for a new lid that wasn't covered in cheese.Lack of Communication is the biggest problem with this store. At the very least, the employees should know the menu language. It's not all the employees, but always the ones that are taking orders mid-dayFood is great, no complaints about that.
