QDOBA Mexican Eats

Asked for my usual which is half carnitas and half birria. The girl behind the now frosted glass btw said no. You have to only pick one? I said what? I have been ordering this burrito for about 15 years. She was real simple.... So she just looked at her coworkers. Then I guess the manager who was Colby or Colton or something also said yeah we won't do half and half. He also seemed embarrassed and gave me a card for a free entree which I thew away. Qdoba is what it is. I stopped because I was hungry! This was trash. Went to the one by my house after in Glendale and got what I always do. No questions no problem. Get it together Englehood. Close down whoever owns this franchise.

They have great customer service and are always friendly. My only thing is that they check the temps on the foods and change the containers sometimes when the food has stained it a lot, because it looks a little nasty after a while. One day my queso cheese was cold and so was my meat. Other than that you guys are awesome ☺️!

This is the only Qdoba I will ever go to the food is always fresh and they are really amazing about the specific quantity of things I like. I never leave reviews but they truly do deserve the credit.

Just stopped in for a quick take out. The young man working was very nice and accommodating. Excellent burrito, took his suggestion on the latest protein-spicy steak bits. Very good. LOVE that they don’t charge for guac or salsas or queso. Very appealing these days.

I feel like when I order to go/delivery lately it’s always missing something & lately the meat portions have been sad.
also understand it can be hard to properly replace ingredients they’re out of, but missing one or more ingredients every time I order is new.
I’ve never gotten bad service here, the bowls are just different lately when I order the same thing every time

This was my first time at a Qdoba and it was ok. I got a pickup order and it was ready within 10 mins which was great. My biggest complaint is the size of the veggies - the bell peppers and jalapenos were cut into huge pieces which made it awkward to eat. But everything was fresh and tasted good.

Showed up at 8pm on a Friday and they were closed?? Their hours online say 10pm. Really disappointing.

I would think as a person who tries to earn tips and is also a manager would have better service. Using 4oz cups and still under portioning. CROSS CONTAMINATING! His other manager comes in and then he works correctly!

I have tried this location 3 times and I guarantee there won’t be a 4th. This is the rudest staff I have ever dealt with. I’m always willing to give somebody a chance, maybe they’re just having a bad day. Nope, not the case here. Plus you could hear somebody screaming at somebody from the offices in the back. If I could give this place zero stars I would. I will just stick with chipotle .

Employee was very unpleasant, not that he did anything horribly wrong he just acted as if he hated having an easy job and helping me as a customer. Also they add no meat, cheapskates...
