I have never had to work with a catering company before, let alone plan for a wedding, and without this team, none of it would have been possible.

Jordan, your help from the beginning was beyond reassuring. You crafted a beautiful and delicious menu, you were so flexible to my needs, and beyond responsive. You helped the entire day come together with all the behind the scenes & I am beyond grateful.

The last meeting with catering, Alley, she was fantastic. She was professional, helping me think through all the logistics and small details I never would have considered, and was adaptable to the things we wanted to add or change.

Then on the wedding day, your whole team was a slice of heaven. Many guests even came to tell me how they felt like the food was served timely, and the tables were constantly being cleaned up. The food was also fantastic. So many guests commented about how delicious every bite was. The pretzels at the end? MAN! Those things were snatched up. Delicious! Seriously, through and through, phenomenal

But - a special note of gratitude extends to, David.

David was who we needed day of - and didn’t even know it. David had a tray of snacks waiting for us after the ceremony, took 2 minutes to introduce himself and explain how he was there for anything my husband and I needed, and delivered. David never let my drink go empty, he never let us lift a finger, and made sure we were happy with everything. David was beyond friendly to us, and all the guest, and truly, made the entire day such an experience. Is it weird to say we love David??? He is so experienced, and truly such a delight.

Thank you so much for the amazing experience from start to finish. RMC made so many of our dreams come true.

Oh my gosh I wish Rocky Mountain could make every meal for me!!! They catered our wedding and the food was DIVINE! After the tasting, my husband and I were so excited to eat the food again. It was all we could talk about leading up to the wedding!!! I was getting compliments on all of the food all night. Everything about the food and the staff were amazing!!!! I will forever be dreaming of the prime rib and the caprese spoons!

Rocky Mountain Catering provided the food for my daughter's wedding at The Woodlands, and it was fantastic! David and his team were courteous, professional, and provided service equivalent to a Michelin star restaurant. They went above and beyond catering to all dietary restrictions and requests with patience and smiles. I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Thanks to RM Catering and the other vendors! Because of all of them and their dedication, the entire evening was FLAWLESS in every aspect!!

Up until about 3 months before our wedding, we were very impressed with RMCE. They were professional, communicative, and we were excited to have them cater our wedding. Unfortunately, that ended when were assigned a new event coordinator. It was extremely hard to get any sort of communication from them & they were unprepared during the final walk through, which made us nervous. That especially was displayed when on our wedding day the wrong pasta dish was served. We were offered a partial refund but it was extremely disappointing that things ended this way.

Jordan and Alley with Rocky Mountain Catering were wonderful to work with! In addition to being one of our venue’s chosen caterers, we were recommended Rocky Mountain Catering from a family friend who also did event planning for weddings, and work events. All the foods they had on their menus paired so well together! Our tasting was so fun and intimate, and we couldn’t rave about the food enough. We were really impressed with their responsiveness and ability to accommodate all types of dietary restrictions. Also, if you get a chance to try their deserts, do it! On wedding day, the whole team was incredible, and we had many comments about how great the catering and bartending service was. They kept our cocktail hour and reception running smoothly!

We hired RMC for our wedding this past month and were so happy with our choice. Our first interaction was with Jordan who helped us with our tasting and getting all the nitty gritty decided on ahead of time. She was so organized and we were so lucky to have her throughout the process. On the actual day, the lead, David, was AMAZING. He made sure we ate, our guests were cared for. We felt like we had michelin dining service. Our guests were raving about the protein options we had. Many also mentioned it was the fastest and most efficient they have ever seen a wedding buffet. I credit rocky mountain catering and all its staff. Would recommend to anyone!

Where to begin ... I could not have been happier with RMCE's food, service, and positive vibes for our wedding day. Ashley was my contact throughout the planning process, and she was so nice and easy to reach! On the day of, there were so many staff there, many of whom told me and the groom to let them know if there was ANYTHING we needed and got us drinks all night. Next, the food ... The appetizers and plated service was INCREDIBLE, our guests were so happy. I can't recommend RCME enough. BOOK THEM!!!

Rocky Mountain Catering did an exceptional, over-the-top job at my daughter's wedding. The food was absolutely wonderful. Served in a professional manner, family style, hot and delicious. But, the best part was the service. All the staff were so kind and accommodating. David was our on-site manager and was the most professional, attentive and delightful host we could have ever hoped for. Thank you for making their day incredible!

RMC catered our wedding and provided delicious appetizers, dinner service, dessert and late night snacks. The team was easy to work with and all the food was amazing! We chose a buffet style meal for dinner and many of our guests shared positive feedback about their meal. The team went above and beyond to ensure our guests with specific allergies were provided for as well. Every staff member we interacted with was kind and helpful!

We are so lucky to get to work with Rocky Mountain Catering at our venue, and love recommending them to our couples. Their team is top notch, their food delicious, service smooth, and our main point of contact, Jordan, is just the loveliest person you will ever meet! Cannot recommend them enough!

Rocky Mountain Catering was phenomenal from start to finish throughout our wedding planning process. Jordan was phenomenal with helping us through the process. It was an added bonus that they were able to help with our event rental setup as well! Now onto the main reason everyone is reading reviews the FOOD! The food was absolutely hands down the best! I’ve been to a few weddings and the food the talk and not for the good. This was quite the opposite everyone raved about food and still continue too almost 2 months later! Everything was so flavorful and tender I wish I had more. David and his staff the day of were nothing short of spectacular! So polite and attentive. If y’all have the chance I highly, highly recommend you give them a shot you won’t be disappointed! I only had photos from our taste testing unfortunately but you can get the idea.

They provided my husband and I with a plate of appetizers and dinner so we could enjoy the food too. They were also very accommodating of my food allergies.
