Smokin' Outlaw is hands down one of the best BBQ joints I've ever been to! The flavors are absolutely on point—bold, rich, and perfectly smoked. Every bite is packed with full, mouthwatering goodness. The service is top-notch too; they’re incredibly friendly and fast, making you feel welcome the moment you walk in. And the meat... Unbelievably tender and juicy. We got the brisket, ribs, and hot links. The brisket and ribs fall apart in the best way possible. Highly recommend this place for anyone craving top-tier BBQ! Their catering menu is really reasonable as well. Five stars all the way!

It is appropriate the place has outlaw in the name because that bbq is gangster! I come from Texas living in Colorado now. I had resigned myself to try getting used to Colorado bbq. Smoking Outlaw Kitchen sracks up to Texas BBQ. From the sauce to the tenderness of the ribs and brisket, it was glorious. I got the outlaw bowl and added brisket to go along with the 2 meat plate of ribs and hotlinks. They know what BBQ is. Best BBQ in Central Colorado for sure.

BBQ joint in the Riverpoint Area. The menu is pretty typical of a BBQ place, with the exception of an offering of tacos with any of the meats. A couple of the sides contain bacon (like the Mac and cheese and green beans) so heads up if you don't eat bacon.

Overall the food was pretty good, but it was a little under seasoned and the portions were pretty small. They had quite a few customers pick up catering while we were there, so perhaps that's where they really shine. ??‍♀️

I liked the seating options, there was seating in the front, then an "indoor patio" offered in the back. Behind that seemed like a private area for the restaurant ... where there was a dog that barked quite a bit during our lunch visit, and that wasn't great. I really don't love that there's a dog on-site, hanging out in the back of a restaurant where I just ate.

I'm not sure I would return because of the dog, but it's a fine place is BBQ if you don't care about the dog.

Came to town to buy a new truck. Was referred over from the guys at Lynch down the street. The place is extremely clean! They have great music playing! The food was top notch. I had a chicken taco and the outlaw bowl. Both were amazing. Definitely recommend trying this place out.

Texas girl approved. I had brisket and ribs and they did not disappoint. Smoky Mac n cheese with bacon was amazing. Friendly staff and the owner will greet you and make sure everything is to your liking. Everything is made with love!!! Coming from Texas I’m always on the hunt for some good bbq and not a chain restaurant. I will definitely be back the brisket was the best the ribs slide off the bone and no sauce is needed the flavor was really good. Ten stars ?

First of all, the service is outstanding. The pit master took the time out to greet everyone and made each visitor's experience personable and memorable, speaking to everyone as if lifelong friends.
Second of all, the food is delicious. The brisket was juicy and tender, the peach cobbler was moist with a little crust on top for the perfect crunch, the potato salad was rustic and flavorful, the coleslaw was uniquely fruity, the jalapeno cornbread was the perfect amount of spicy, the bacon mac n cheese outlaw bowl was spot-on, and the sauces were a great complement to all the meats.
Thirdly, the facility is clean, well-maintained, and uniquely laid out. All the matching decor with the wall of customer photos, and plaque of local small businesses to support, made the place feel cozy and felt like a community.
¡¡¡AND ABOVE ALL THINGS, they keep all the bones for people to take home for their dogs!!!!!! My pups, husband, and I can't recommend this place enough.
