Huge portions and cheap prices for a reason… The food is terrible. They should be embarrassed by what the put out as pad thai.

They should hire a tow truck service to take care o. The parking lot people park blocking other cars and in the ally no follow rules

I ordered the sesame chicken plate from Spicy Basil, and I am beyond disappointed. The chicken was somehow both overcooked and soggy at the same time—so soggy it was falling apart. The texture was disgusting, and it was drowning in an excessive amount of sauce. On top of that, the portion of vegetables was pathetic. My order came with only four pieces of broccoli, while the photo they use to advertise the dish shows a generous amount.
I’ve attached pictures of what I received versus what they advertise, and the difference is laughable. (I separated the chicken into another bowl to show the lack of veggies.) This was a complete waste of money, and I won’t be ordering from here again.
The best sesame chicken we’ve ever had! The pineapple curry was delicious as was the jalepeno steak. The summer roles were not my favorite but everything else was divine!
The staff are warm and welcoming and the portion sizes are MASSIVE! Absolutely delicious, casual dining experience.

Food. Poisoning.
Tasted good before I got sick though!
But then I had sharp shooting abdominal pains (I think we all know what happens next).

Truly some of the worst food I’ve had in a very long time. Extremely bland and the egg drop tastes burnt? Save your money and make some ramen at home

OK, so Kung pao is supposed to be infused with peanuts.
I was extremely disappointed. Flavor was fine overall, but literally out of the hole batch. There was a total of six peanut halves
Come on guys if you’re gonna make the food make it right and throw in a handful of peanuts like you’re supposed to. It doesn’t cost you that much but it, but it becomes very disappointing to your customers
Not impressed
would love to hear if you’re gonna make any changes or not before I order again

We ordered from Spicy Basil through Uber Eats, so I can't speak to the dining in experience, but my girlfriend and I really enjoyed the massive portions and the great flavors of our food. We got the tropical fried rice with chicken and shrimp, the spicy basil chicken, steamed broccoli, and gyoza. After a long day of driving in the snow, this was the perfect dinner for us. Would definitely order from here again.

Worst drunken noodles I’ve had, could’ve made it better at home. Noodles were literally stuck together with no flavor

Ordered take out from here, the gyoza was awesome but the Pad Thai was terrible. It was like a tomato sauce for some reason? We also got chicken friend rice, miso and wonton soup and they were all decent. Probably won’t order from here again though.

Order off uber eats, the fried rice was wet and mushy. The broccoli was overcooked, the shu mai tasted like it was cooked in a microwave… just not great.
