usually i have no problems but today must have been a off day for them. i get the white chocolate mocha hot and this time it just tasted like water. no mocha taste nothing. hope next time its back to normal.

This is hands down my favorite Starbucks! I drive all the way from Elizabeth to Englewood on a regular basis and happily pass several other locations just to stop here. The team is always so friendly, the drinks are consistently perfect, and you can tell they take pride in what they do, no lazy drinks here! Food was ad expected and my very speciialized drink was very good, but the serbice was not. I was not acknowledged and stood there waiting on my coffee and had to ask them to make it after waiting for 5 or 6 minutes. The rest of our order was ready when we got there.

I used to come here every Friday after work to get a drink for my drive home, now they've decided to close at 3:30 on Fridays. What a terrible idea. Literally makes zero sense....I don't know why all of the starbucks in this area all have garbage hours. I guess I will be going to Dutch Bros from now on, even though it's out of my way.

I usually order online for drive through pick up. This speeds up the process as this place is very busy. The employees are wonderful. Friendly and helpful. My order is always right..and I modify orders to my preference. Never a bad experience here. There is inside seating and a large outside patio area. Very clean and inviting location. I highly recommend.

Placed a pick up order and they didn't have my second drink ready nor did they get my drink right I ordered extra topping and there where no topping and carmel drizzle was not even on the drink I asked for 1 shot of expresso but it tasted like they added more than one. I'm not a big coffee drinker so adding more shot made the drink to dark for my taste. I paid extra for extra topping and they just didn't care how they made the drink would not recommend this location the one on quincy and broady takes better pride on making there customers drink.
