Have been going to Starbucks for over a decade and always had great experiences with very polite employees and great drinks. Stopped by and asked for a cup of ice and was told if I wasn’t purchasing a beverage that I was Not allowed to get a cup of ice. I offered to pay for the cup of ice and they still said no I bought my son a small Refresher for five dollars and then asked if I could now please have a large cup of ice and then was told I could have a small cup that was halfway full. Seriously, it seemed more personal than anything, and really disappointed me in the decline of service and respect. The manager and employee both had very poor attitudes towards me. Very poor experience at this specific location

This one star is for Starbucks as a corporation. They closed the easy to go to neighborhood Starbucks and moved to a bigger corner where you can't turn out easily. Too busy and lacking neighborhood charm. Custom experience sacrificed for corporate profits yet again.

My first time to this location. I decided to walk inside rather than go through the drive through. My drink order had taken maybe 4 minutes from the time I paid, with only 1 person who ordered 2 drinks ahead of me. This is super fast compared to the Starbucks next to my work in Arvada. The woman taking my order was nice, friendly, and they did greet people coming in the door with a welcome. Lots of parking. I parked outside of their lot across from the drive thru, and there was no one else parked there.

usually i have no problems but today must have been a off day for them. i get the white chocolate mocha hot and this time it just tasted like water. no mocha taste nothing. hope next time its back to normal.
