The drive-through is always a breeze. Some staff members go above and beyond to ensure customers' needs are met, including accommodating special requests and alerting to potential allergens. The lobby area and bathrooms are well-maintained, making it a comfortable spot to grab a drink, like the gingerbread chai or almond milk mocha. The team is great help, and everybody on the team is friendly and smiling. The store was spotless, and any mess was cleaned up immediately. It is a preferred store, with wonderful service and a lady in the drive through who was so wonderful and really made a night. She was courteous and polite and really made up for other locations. She made it very apparent that she cares.
