I was HOPING to order a lactose free without oats or almonds or soy. No one offers just plain lactose free milk anywhere; You'd think Starbucks, out of all places, would offer plain lactose-free milk such as lactaid. So, I ordered a soy white choc mocha. The barista asked if I wanted whipped cream and I said yes because who doesn't like whipped cream but I received no whipped cream and there was a two inch space between the top of my cup and where they filled the coffee...
Worked in this Starbucks one morning and the employees here are freaking awesome. I watched them plow through helping like 50 customers in no time all while delivering great customer service. Give them all a raise!
