I paid for a grilled cheese, I waited for over 15 minutes. Then someone finally asked what I was waiting for. I told them a grilled cheese, they said they were sold out. So why did you sell me one?

Never have issues at any other Starbucks but this one. Horrible customer service.

They didn’t have my pick up order ready, when I asked them about it, they said they didn’t he a order. I showed them the order confirmation from my phone. They said they would make it right away. Several minutes later I still didn’t have my order, and walk in customers were getting their orders right away. I finally just decided to walk out without my order.

Stopped in for a quick strawberry lemonade refresher for my daughter, and ended up witnessing the hardest working barista I’ve ever seen. She was truly a one-woman show—taking orders, making drinks, running the whole place solo with a smile on her face and energy that could power the espresso machine.

She even wrote “Pretty in Pink” on my daughter’s cup, which completely made her day (and mine). That kind of personal touch is rare and so appreciated.

Whoever she is—give her a raise, a trophy, a nap, and maybe a street named after her. Absolute legend. Starbucks, you’re lucky to have her!

Everyone here is ALWAYS so friendly and kind! I order pick up multiple times a week and they always make the best coffee! And are very kind to everyone who walks in always saying hi with a friendly face. They keep things flowing even on their busy days. Love love LOVE this Starbucks

I love going to Starbucks and I love all the drinks but today I did a mobile order. I usually do a mobile order,but I used stars today and I ordered something that I never received. I ordered a cake pop and I never got it. Other than that it was pretty good

There was no line inside and they had super fast and friendly service! I asked for a surprise coffee and the barista made the perfect drink based on my preferences. This location is one of the worst service locations. No acknowledgement from all 13 team members, had a pick up order guy had an attitude just to find out my drink was never made…. No apology no friendly service, just walked away… went to “look my order up” to find my drink and made it. If I hadn’t already placed my order, I would’ve left. Won’t get my business…

I had one of the worst experiences at this Starbucks. The drive-through wait was ridiculously long, and after all that, my entire order was completely wrong. I ordered an iced drink, and somehow it came out hot? As if that wasn’t bad enough, the food was an absolute disaster. I ordered a bacon and sausage egg wrap and received what can only be described as a cold, mangled mess that looked like it had been wrapped by a toddler.

This visit was beyond disappointing, and it’s clear there’s a serious lack of attention to detail and quality control here. I’ll think twice before coming back to this location.
