Honestly was surprised at how bad this subway is. There was one guy (I feel sorry for him) working and a bunch of customers so the service was extremely slow. Not his fault. The place was a mess, the vegetables did not look safe for consumption.

So sad. The Asian guy was very slow. We ordered online and when we arrived it took us really long to wait and get our order because it was not ready and he hasn’t started yet. The place was empty almost one customer in line. So very disappointed since most of the stuff was out of stock. Not cheese nacho, no sauces, no chicken or beef for nachos? Are you serious? I paid for a really bad experience! Not coming back!

Wasn’t even open at 9am when I really needed to grab something before work. 4/23/24.
I have been to this Subway several times. There’s usually a young lady working and an older man. They are very nice, the service is great. One time the young lady even helped me pick out a new sandwich to try. Last night I ordered on line. I called to see what time they closed. The young man answering the phone was very rude. He said, I needed to be there by nine o’clock pm and hung up on me. I got to the store at 8:50pm. The door was locked. I didn’t see anyone inside, I thought something was wrong. I called the police, to make sure he was okay. He came out of the back, looked and me and the officer, then turned his back to use and kept putting away the food. The officer had to shine his flashlight 🔦 on him to get his attention, after knocking on the door didn’t work. When he finally talked to the officer he said, he was fine and that I should come back tomorrow, to talk to the manager about getting my money back and shut the door and locked it. I called today and explain what happened to the district manager. He told me to come back and he would give me the sandwich and some free food. I explained to him the elevator in my apartment was broken and as soon as it was fixed, I would come back to the store. He failed to mention they were closing at 5:00pm for Easter 🐣 Sunday. I arrived at 6:30pm. Another trip to the store for nothing. After I get my money back, I won’t be back. You never know who you will get making your sandwich. Good Luck to anyone eating here. I hope you get employees who are happy to have a job.

The last two times I have been there half the stuff I asked to be put on my sandwich was not the bread was so chewy hard to eat and the chicken was kind of mushy the last time I was there I ended up throwing the sandwich away and haven't been back

Ordered through the app and stood there for about 10 minutes waiting to see a worker. Had to scream several times to get anyone to come to the front. She came up giggling with no apology. Food wasn’t done. Absolute waste of a lunch break.
