Bad place . Flies everywhere because they were holding the door open with a chair . The person making the sandwich appeared to not know what everything on a sandwich is except avocado and was absolutely rude . I asked to put everything on it and she simply responded “ hold on , I am not there yet “ very condescending . The food looked dried and nasty . The same person a girl serving at 2:40 pm on 3/26 was even trying to kill flies with a paper . I left without a sandwich because she said I was being rude to her .

I ordered a sandwich with the $6.99 foot long deal, my transaction went through order # 3FF97F3D-84 - but, when I arrived at this location the door was locked at 7:30, and there were a few other customers standing outside dealing with the same situation. The employee on the inside of the store would not answer the door, phone, etc. I will not be going to this location in the future.

Ordered online and my roommate also made an order online. Both ordered were excepted and showed up to pick up the ordw and the store was closed two hour early. There was someone else that also there with an online order when I showed we got screwed out of are orders. On top of it there was a girl working and she just looked at use through the window and just looked at use and ignored us as we knocked on the door and tried calling. It’s one thing to close early sometimes. but to just ignore customers and not even come give an explanation, Is just BS. They person doesn’t deserve to work in customer service industry. If they just randomly closed the store down and ignores people that have already paid.

Have been coming here for quite a while. Stayed thru the year of no a/c or heat. They are now under new management who is actually fixing the place and keeping the soda machines running. New staff is very rude however. Will give it 6 months and try again.

We came to this location for two nights in a row both between 7-7:30 pm and both nights there is an old guy working who took it upon himself to close early. Tonight he was in there with a sign on the door saying they don’t have power while all the lights and ovens were still on. He should be fired immediately.
The person working was very nice and patient while I was trying to decide. The restaurant was clean and inviting.

They always seemed to be closed before 7pm even the hours on their door says 9pm. There's a lot displaced or homeless as well as mental health needed people in that area. So, it makes uneasy and sketchy in that area unfortunately.

There’s one guy here, Adrian I think his name is- he is the only one on staff with a constant rush of customers ( including impatient and rude people ) & he is just cranking through and being polite and communicative despite the high stress. I rarely tip at “fast food” but I gave him 20% because he really is earning it. He has demonstrated quality work ethic, dependability and multitasking all in the short interaction I saw.
Besides that, store is clean and good and food quality is as expected.
