My primary concern is that this location may have super inconsistent food potion control. Today's sub (my usual) was probably 30% less than my last visit.The location on off of Belview is a better bet if you're in the area and looking for a Subway. Nonetheless, the store is clean proper food storage and handling practices seem to be well adhered to by staff from the ordering line.

I will likely give this location one more try (will be the 4th time ordering from this location). If the result is similar to my 1st three purchases - a different location may be worth visiting if it is not an inconvenience to you.

HIRE NEW PEOPLE!!! I have a $50 dollar gift card that was given to me as a gift had the receipt and the employee didn't care one bit about trying to fix it or figure it out it was a plain and simple you have no money then go. I've worked for subway and they are not the same anymore. Letting a customer walk out those doors unhappy was not a thing. Letting a person that is a possibility to be a returning customer especially over a mishap or computer error, when in the end, that sandwich is going on the trash, but nope let's enjoy throwing this sandwich away while we watch the potential (now never again customer) walk away and spread the word about our customer appreciation to whomever they may (and word gets around quick) over a $8 sandwich that were going to throw in the trash. GOD HOW THINGS HAVE CHAHGED FOR THE WORST!!!!! GOOD LUCK SUNWAY AND GOOD LUCK ANERICA!!!! ILL NEVER RETURN TO A SUBWAY AGAIN FOR THIS REASON AND WILL SPRED THE WORD TO ANYONE WHO ASK.. PATHETIC AF

My sandwich ending with $.01 (a penny). There was a tip container with change in it. So I took .01 cent for my payment. Both workers I believe the dad & son saying that I cannot take the penny since it's a tip. So I got .99 cents back. I found a penny in my purse so I gave back the .99 cents plus my penny for a dollar. They both were upset that I took a penny. I told them I was going to leave a tip now I'm not.
They both told me we don't ask for tips but I cannot take a penny from the container, really!!

I was waiting to have my order taken while the kid with long hair kept looking at his phone and making pre-orders. After 5 minutes I walked out because I was never even greeted or acknowledged. Not even any eye contact... Not a "hey, I'll be right with you..." Garbage customer service. If people order online, they have priority I guess. If you're in store you just have to stand there til they decide to get around to you...
EMPLOYEES: If YOU'RE in CUSTOMER SERVICE, have at least half a brain cell to SERVE CUSTOMERS.... Oh well, subway isn't even good food, just easy, and they sure made it easy to avoid.

This location is usually pretty good,BUT today you have an employee who is clearly sick handling food???Why did management have him come in or why couldn’t he call out?I feel bad for him,BUT I don’t want an effin booger in my sub that I just paid for. Probably a health code violation too.

I'd been coming here for months, up to 3 times per week, The lady that checks you out is the most negative person ever, whatever, the guy who made the sandwiches was nice enough for a while, but God forbid I don't know the right time to order some Churros, it was a last minute decision and I wasn't aware he had to cook, they both got all mad and basically scolded me for ordering my churros at the wrong time, there is another Subway right on Hampden that I'll be going to from now on

I went in for 2 sandwiches and Yedi helped me and she is straight rude and unfriendly.I first ate at subway in 1990 and have been all over the US and Canada eating these sandwiches. The worst experience EVER !! I hope this store goes under and the owner goes bankrupt and is under a bridge in a cardboard box !! They are fools for hiring idiots.

I get it, for sure, being young and held responsible to perform as the face of the franchise. With that being said, were you volunteering or are you there to do a job that you signed up for? Customer service is #1 for a subway employee. Bad attitude, lack of prep is ? on training. Reevaluate the who and where you position every head on clock. Boost these guys moral. I feel bad for this kid, even though he was awfully rude and non certive, guidance is crucial!
