Worst experience at a subway ever. Had to wait 10 minutes after ringing the bell 3x for a rude man to come out of the back room with an attitude. We tried being friendly and saying hi to him and he gave us the silent treatment. He then finally talked to us to let us know he was closing in 9 minutes and then proceeded to list half the menu of things “they were out of”. (Out of? or already put away for the night BEFORE CLOSING?) After this awful service we said we will just go somewhere else. Unbothered and unapologetic he walked back into the back room saying nothing. We were made to feel unwelcome and inconvenient for trying to give them our business. We will not be back.

I was in there approximately at 3:25 PM. The woman working is super rude. She has no business doing customer service at all. The lady that was leaving look like she was absolutely miserable but working with the lady at the counter barking orders. I would’ve been miserable too. The wheat bread is hard, but I don’t even wanna go back in there and have the confrontation. The store is clean. The atmosphere was pretty upbeat, but the service is horrible horrible a total letdown.

Workers tend to work busy shift alone. Nick makes the best sandwiches and I think her name is Isabell but she’s very friendly and fast too. There is one other gentleman I think his name is Morticai or Malasky. He’s greats!.

I ordered the all pro Chicken Teriyaki sub with extra chicken. The lady immediately sighed and barely put one thing of chicken, when I went to explain it she immediately threw it in the oven and started working the other customers. I got charged for extra chicken. This is outrageous
Order number: 5B6874D5-39Subway at American Furniture Warehouse, Englewood Colorado, is the absolute worst subway I have ever dealt with, every damn order is always messed up and missing parts of the order. Sometimes it is the drinks, sometimes it is an entire sandwich, sometimes it's the wrong sandwiches delivered, this recent time it was all the drinks, cookies, and chips were missing. Every time they get my order wrong or missing stuff from the order, E V E R Y T I M E. Because of this I will never order subway from the app due to it defaults me to this address. And I will Never suggest anyone to populate this subway branch with thier business.Seriously who ever is in charge of this location needs to kick some sense and responsibility into the people who work there, or just kick them to the curb, because they are failing drastically in providing decent quality service.How damn hard is it to double check orders to make sure you have them right before handing them to be delivered?

I went to buy 4 footlong and they charged me 5. I always check the receipt but I was in a hurry because my husband was going to work so this time I didn't check it... it's dishonest that they charge an extra 1 footlong if I didn't ask for it nor did they give it to
