I ordered the all pro Chicken Teriyaki sub with extra chicken. The lady immediately sighed and barely put one thing of chicken, when I went to explain it she immediately threw it in the oven and started working the other customers. I got charged for extra chicken. This is outrageous

Order number: 5B6874D5-39Subway at American Furniture Warehouse, Englewood Colorado, is the absolute worst subway I have ever dealt with, every damn order is always messed up and missing parts of the order. Sometimes it is the drinks, sometimes it is an entire sandwich, sometimes it's the wrong sandwiches delivered, this recent time it was all the drinks, cookies, and chips were missing. Every time they get my order wrong or missing stuff from the order, E V E R Y T I M E. Because of this I will never order subway from the app due to it defaults me to this address. And I will Never suggest anyone to populate this subway branch with thier business.Seriously who ever is in charge of this location needs to kick some sense and responsibility into the people who work there, or just kick them to the curb, because they are failing drastically in providing decent quality service.How damn hard is it to double check orders to make sure you have them right before handing them to be delivered?

Takes them over 10 minutes per customer sandwich. Ended up walking out and going elsewhere. If I wanted to wait that long I would go sit down and eat somewhere. You can do better.

They literally cant read, my receipt CLEARLY says 12” not 6”. And i put add ons and they put no add ons and added oil? For what? Just because they felt like it?

grumpy older lady behind the counter begrudgingly made my familys sandwiches- while placing the cheese and vegetables right on the white plastic shelf they build the sandwiches on. piles of pickles, cucumbers, and our cheese went right into the prep surface where all the metal toppings bins make a stop before being dropped into their holes!! pretty sure the cheese was old, and the mayo was out overnight. all of us have upset tummy today. save yourselves!!

This location is close to my job. So, as a regular customer of Subway, I was very disappointed on the results of my inApp order. I went ahead and ordered 2 foot long flatbreads meals for me and my coworker. In the app there was an option to "toast" your order but ONLY for breads, not flatbread sandwiches. This was kind of annoying. So, I went ahead and wrote in the Special Instructions "Can we please get BOTH flatbread sandwiches toasted. Thank you so much!" Not only did I leave a note on the instructions, I went ahead and CALLED immediately to inform the employees that we wanted them toasted. My coworker went to the pick up the order (btw it was empty so there was no need to mess up our order) and when she came back to the office and we opened our food and what did we find?!? NO TOASTED FLATBREAD, No CHIPOTLE SAUCE on my sandwich and SUPER soggy bread on one of the flatbreads. We ended up splitting the cold one that was made somewhat well. Definitely, not ordering from here again.

Order # 670C7275-AB4 Sandwiches ordered… Not a single one is correct.You would think they would at least get one sandwich right… But ingredients are missing and also lettuce added… Very bad for the cost of these sandwiches. I would advise that you do not order online from the store

I ordered pick up thru the website for the first time because I usually spend 15-20 mins of my 30min lunch driving there and back - thought it would kill the waiting of the person making my sandwich. Well I get there and there is a line. There was no “Order Pick Up” here sign but I saw my order sitting behind the register. It was hard to just pick up and leave because this place apparently only has one old lady running it… so I had to wait until I had an opening between the people ordering and checking out to be like “I’m here for a pick up and I’m assuming that’s my order?” She didn’t ask my name or what I ordered. Honestly she didn’t really acknowledge me at all. Just tossed me my cup (ordered large but gave me a regular) and slammed my sandwich on the counter. I didn’t want to argue so I quickly took my food, filled my drink and left. But it wasn’t til I was in the car that I realized I was in there for 15 mins! At this point I could have just come in and ordered instead of doing an online order…. Honestly I don’t have anything against the old lady but get her more help it sucks to order something for quick pick up and have it be cold because you still have to wait for it instead of grabbing and go! Jeez…
