I was in earlier today and I got a footlong to go. I was mad when I got home - the bread was SO HARD and so stale - it had to of been days old not fresh (and I do not get my sub toasted) .

I had to wait 20+ mintues for my order because the girl would not honor the $6.99 for footlong special. I had to order it online at same location (quebec and countyline) to get the deal and wait in car 20 minutes when they couldve applied discout at checkout like thier websites says.

This is the second time in as many weeks that I was served stale old bread. Tonight, I tested the breads freshness by squeezing it and had them replace the bread on 1, but when I got home, none of the sandwiches had fresh bread. All were inedible. After arguing with the employee, he called the manager and learned how to process a refund. I used to like Subway, but it's not like it used to be. I'm so disappointed.

Both my sandwiches came toasted. It was gross and dried out beyond all reason which is why I hate toasted. I like my bread soft and chewy. And they didn't add the extra sauce on the sweet onion sauce.
Excellent, speedy customer service. Clean store with ample seating, made what I asked for without a fuss. Ideal Subway experience.

Went in tonight to get my meatball footlong and 6-inch tuna with spinach. I then saw my favorite employee named Ever who said they were going to the Subway off Alameda and Chambers. I am so sad, Ever always had a smile and was so funny and nice. I know my visits will be different from now on and they lost a great person. Whatever the reason for him leaving and going elsewhere it is a shame if this was the owners fault. Honestly may not even go as much. Tonight when I pulled in and saw him thru the window I smiled right away.
