30 min in line. Only 3 people in front of me. Almost out of bread. Out of cookies. Not enough staff, the people who are there don't seem to care. You can do better. I will find somewhere else to eat lunch.

It took me 15 minutes to get my sandwich and there was only one person in front of me with one sandwich. The reason being is because the Person working continued to check her phone take pictures of her schedule and send it to whoever she needed to and it interfered with my lunch break and took half my lunch break so that was great. I will return to this location but I didn’t like this.

Not sure what they managed to put into meat and vegetables to do that
The steak was kind of chewy
They charged me a service fee of 1.95%

I took my sandwich to the table myself and filled my own cup

I was in earlier today and I got a footlong to go. I was mad when I got home - the bread was SO HARD and so stale - it had to of been days old not fresh (and I do not get my sub toasted) .

I had to wait 20+ mintues for my order because the girl would not honor the $6.99 for footlong special. I had to order it online at same location (quebec and countyline) to get the deal and wait in car 20 minutes when they couldve applied discout at checkout like thier websites says.

This is the second time in as many weeks that I was served stale old bread. Tonight, I tested the breads freshness by squeezing it and had them replace the bread on 1, but when I got home, none of the sandwiches had fresh bread. All were inedible. After arguing with the employee, he called the manager and learned how to process a refund. I used to like Subway, but it's not like it used to be. I'm so disappointed.

This is my second disappointment within as many weeks. Both times, the bread was dry and inedible. This time, I squeezed the bread before I left and had them replace it before I left the store. Once I got home, all 3 of my sandwiches were like eating sandpaper. I took it back and after arguing with the counter help, i finally got him to call an on-call manager and received a refund. I used to enjoy Subway but those days have long passed!!!! This was a very unsatisfactory experience.

Micha made my sandwiches and she was fantastic! She did exactly as I requested on my sandwiches, quickly and efficiently. We were so pleased with the service and quality of our food, we will go out of our way to use this specific Subway. Thank you so much!

Both my sandwiches came toasted. It was gross and dried out beyond all reason which is why I hate toasted. I like my bread soft and chewy. And they didn't add the extra sauce on the sweet onion sauce.
